This Piave Cheese is aged for 18 months to generate an exceptionally strong, fruity flavour without being too sharp. Produced using organic Italian cow milk, this cheese melts in the mouth. Perfect for grating, you can add it to salad, soup, pasta or anything you can think of.
Piave Cheese is excellent for snacking, pairs well with nut brown ales and amber as well as IPAs. If you love wines, try this cheese with a medium red like Merlot, full chardonnay or zinfandel.
