Passat R36 Front Bumper Repair Plates (Pair)These stainless steel plates are designed to repair damaged side tab attachment holes for the OEM Passat R36 front bumper.? To install, simply sand down & clean surfaces on the damaged bumper tabs and the repair plates. Then simply glue the plates in place.?Apply evenly spread pressure with clamps?whilst it?? s drying. Recommended adhesive: JB Weld Plastic Bonder 25mL Black 50139 (not included). Please take time to sand down the plastic tabs well

To install, simply sand down & clean surfaces on the damaged bumper tabs and the repair plates. Then simply glue the plates in place.?ÿApply evenly spread pressure with clamps?ÿwhilst itƒ??s drying.
Recommended adhesive: JB Weld Plastic Bonder 25mL Black 50139 (not included).
Please take time to sand down the plastic tabs well (about 1mm) so that the repair plates do not increase the thickness of the tabs too much so that it may be too hard to push the side of the bumper in.
It is recommended for maximum strength, that the plates are installed underneath the OEM bumper tabs.
