This powder is 30 serves and makes 15 litres of amazing tasting low carb, low sugar electrolytes with added glutamine. Glutamine is an amino acid and building block of protein, produced in the muscles and distributed to the organs that need a bit of extra tender loving care during their low carb keto lifestyle. It also kills off cravings for sweetness. 

How to make it: Simply add 10g (which is the scoop included) to 500ml cold water. Stir, shake and have a boogie until it's dissolved. No special mixing device is needed. 

Macros: each 10g serve provides Energy 4kJ, Carbs 0.1g, Sodium 112mg, Potassium 50mg, Magnesium 32mg, Calcium 80mg, Glutamine 500mg (see the product images for more information).
