Микола Леонтович мав би стати священником, як усі його предки, але обрав шлях простого вчителя музики й диригента хору. Йому випало жити й творити в темні часи революцій, громадянської війни, невизначеності, а він протиставив їм світло українських народних пісень, обробки яких у його виконанні є неперевершеними. Просту мелодію 'Щедрика' талант композитора обернув на шедевр. Його донині виконують усі українські хори, а ще 'Дударика', 'Козака несуть', 'Легенду'. Загалом понад 150 українських пісень, безліч самобутніх хорових композиції, духовні пісні українською — такий доробок короткого життя Миколи Леонтовича, підступно вбитого чекістом. Його  ховали 25 січня 1921 року. Мела така завірюха, що світло померкло. Здавалося, темрява взяла гору. Але в ті дні в паризькому Театрі на Єлисейських полях вкотре звучав 'Щедрик'. Переповнена зала вибухала оваціями. Український композитор їх заслужив.

It gives insight into what each section of the test is looking for along with examples and great tips about actually TAKING the test.
