Straight-up DMZ at 250mg per tablet, fully dosed and clear

Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals Dymethazine isn't your typical gym supp. It's a prohormone-style product with just one active: 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine at 250mg per tablet. The whole point is delivering this strong androgenic compound, not mixing in pumps, stims, or recovery boosters. It's for folks wanting a dry, strength-focused boost, not everyday wellness or quick energy.

That active is known as dymethazine or DMZ. It's an azine-linked compound tied to epiandrosterone vibes, aimed at ramping up training drive, giving a harder muscle look, and helping hold or build lean mass when you're watching calories. It works through androgen signals, not stuff like nitric oxide or ATP boosts. So, you won't feel it hit like caffeine or citrulline right away. Effects build over time—better workouts, denser muscles, quicker recovery feel, and a sharper physique after consistent use.

The 250mg per tablet is right there on the label, no blends or secrets. That's huge in this space where doses can be murky. But let's be real: there's no solid human studies pinning down a 'clinical dose' like we have for creatine monohydrate,

Hi-Tech Dymethzine by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals contains 250mg 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine, a effective dose for hormonal optimization.

Key Highlights

  • 250mg of 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine per tablet—one active, no hidden blends. In a world of confusing labels, this lets you know exactly what you're getting each time.
  • Just one compound in here—keeps it simple and on-point. It's all about that androgen boost, not trying to fake being a pre-workout or recovery drink.
  • No stims at all—no caffeine means no jitters, racing heart, or messed-up sleep. Perfect if you want gains without the buzz from heavy pre's.
  • DMZ is known for dry gains—think hardness, density, and strength, not bloated weight. Great for cutting or recomp when you want to look sharp.
  • Label's totally open: 250mg per tablet, no games. Stands out in a category full of vague names and mystery mixes.
  • Delivery helpers like phosphatidylcholine, hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin, and phytosterols make sure the active gets in better. Not just fillers—smart stuff for absorption.
  • Tablets are easy—no scoops or mixing. One tab per serving is simple and easy to take on the go.
  • 90 tabs in the bottle—plenty for a solid cycle. Helps you plan your use without running out mid-way.

Hi-Tech Dymethzine by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals contains 250mg 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine, a effective dose for hormonal optimization.

Who Is This For?

  • Advanced bodybuilders in lean bulk or recomp who want dry gains over bloated bulks. The 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine setup helps with muscle hardness, gym output, and a sharper look—not just pump sessions.
  • Seasoned lifters cutting fat but holding strength and size. DMZ-style stuff supports keeping lean mass and getting that hard vibe when calories drop and fatigue hits.
  • Powerbuilders focused on dense looks and heavy lifts. It's for long-term androgen support showing in better sessions, not energy or stamina.
  • Physique competitors wanting a dry, non-bloated compound. It's about hardness and crispness, not wet weight or workout feels.
  • Supp pros who hate blends and want one clear active at 250mg per tab. No extras—just straightforward for real evaluation.
  • Lifters with basics like protein, creatine, liver support locked in, eyeing aggressive hormone help. Makes sense only with a solid base and cycle know-how.

How to Use

Follow the label exactly and dose daily, not just on workout days. Swallow the tablet with plenty of water—no mixing needed. Timing isn't critical for quick effects, so focus on consistency and cycle planning. Pros often go early in the day for routine.

Don't pile on other hormone supps without thinking. The simple formula means plan your support and watch how you feel. Food might tweak absorption a bit, but pick a time you can repeat. Stack with protein, creatine, fish oil, and liver support—not random energy stuff. Use in cycles, not forever. Store it cool, dry, and sealed—away from kids.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: probably nothing noticeable—it's not a stim or pump hitter, so no quick energy or tingles. Hours 1-6: still not about instant feels; it's building exposure to the active. Days 1-7: easy to stick with since it's just one tab, but no big wow yet.

Weeks 2-4: that's when it shines. Users often feel harder muscles, stronger lifts, and better hold on gains during tough phases. No loading like creatine, so the buildup comes from the compound itself. If you're waiting for pre-workout vibes, you'll miss the point.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the active ingredient in Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals Dymethzine?

The sole active ingredient is 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine at 250mg per tablet. This is commonly referred to in the market as dymethazine or DMZ, and the formula is intentionally built around that single disclosed compound.

How many servings are in each bottle?

Each bottle provides 90 servings, with a serving size of 1 tablet. That makes dosing straightforward and easy to track for users planning a structured cycle.

Is Hi Tech Dymethzine a pre-workout?

No. This is not a pre-workout formula and it contains no caffeine, pump ingredients, or acute focus agents. It is a specialized hormone-support/prohormone-style product intended for cumulative effects over time.

Will I feel this product right away?

Most users do not experience an immediate 'kick' because there are no stimulants in the formula. Dymethzine is generally judged by changes over weeks, such as harder appearance, training performance, and body-composition progression.

Does this product use a proprietary blend?

No. The active ingredient is fully disclosed on the label at 250mg per tablet. That kind of transparency is especially useful in this category, where many shoppers want exact dosing rather than vague blend names.

What is the purpose of the cyclodextrin and phosphatidylcholine in this formula?

Hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin, phosphatidylcholine, and phytosterols are part of the product’s delivery system. They are included to support handling and absorption of the lipophilic active compound rather than to provide independent muscle-building effects.

Can I stack Hi Tech Dymethzine with creatine?

Yes, many advanced users pair this kind of formula with creatine monohydrate because creatine supports ATP regeneration and strength performance through a completely different pathway. That said, keep the overall stack intentional and avoid piling on multiple hormone-active compounds without a clear plan.

Is this suitable for beginners?

No. This is an advanced-category product and not an appropriate starting point for new supplement users. Beginners should first build their base with protein, creatine, sleep, nutrition, and training consistency before considering anything in the prohormone category.

Does Hi Tech Dymethzine contain stimulants or caffeine?

No. Despite a metadata flag suggesting stimulants, the verified active formula contains only 3Beta-hydroxy-5alpha-androstan-17-one azine and no caffeine or other traditional stimulant ingredients. Subjectively, this is not an energy product.

Who should avoid this product?

Anyone under 21, pregnant or nursing women, drug-tested athletes, and individuals with cardiovascular, liver, endocrine, or medication-related concerns should avoid it. This category carries significantly more risk and responsibility than standard sports nutrition products.

Excellent Reading for Real Estate Investors
This book is worth it's weight in gold! I've liked all of Kiyosaki's books and courses but this one really stands out. Mr. Kiyosaki has brought together some brilliant minds and what they wrote is easy to understand and makes absolute sense. As an investor specializing in lease options, I tried to do it all on my own and got 4 contracts but then they were not with motivated sellers. While reading this book, it became very clear to me the importance of having a team of people to help you out. My biggest take away is "Investing is a team sport." Yes, I know that's a 'no-brainer' but now I truly realize what he and the others who contributed are trying to say in this volume. Lately, I've switched over to specializing in tax deeds and liens and the chapter on lien investing by Mr. Wheelright is very good - he makes it very simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend this book. It is in the top 3 books on real estate investing that I've ever read, and I'm a book and seminar junkie. Get this book today!!

The Real Estate Book I Always Wanted
It is quite thick book but gets to the heart of the matter of real estate. Basically, it's about the challenges/successes of other real estate investors; how they recovered from their mistakes/failures and, are at the top of their game. I wanted to have this book in my investing library since I run my own real estate investment company. I'm nowhere near through reading it and am reading other real estate books simultaneously. The training is always ongoing b/c sometimes things change within this industry that may or may not affect how we do business. My husband and I were trained via Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Investor Program in late 2011. Since we can't work this business by ourselves, I assembled and hired a team of professionals (in 2 states) to work with since real estate investing is primarily a relationship business. You realize a higher rate of success using this book as a reference guide, learning from the mistakes of others in helping to achieve your goals.

I really appreciate the expertese
I gave this book a 5/5 due to the accumulated experience of the individuals within this compilation. Real Estate has many facets and this book, although not all encompassing for that would be nearly impossible, it does help make the "picture" more clear-that picture being where one ought to apply their efforts in becoming a great real estate practitioner. Very informative book, but just as any book, it takes work on the readers part to bring success to fruition.

Awesome Resource Book!
Format: Paperback
My daughter and I are about to embark her college applications. For the past 3 years I have tried to get my hands on a book that had everything I need in it in one place. My shelf is lined with college essay books and how-to-get-in books, but even though I could get snippets of info from these books, I grew frustrated that there wasn't one with all the info I was needing to do this application process confidently. Then I found this book. It could easily replace all the other books on my shelf! It starts off with info for 9th and 10th graders and getting organized for the next 4 years, but even if your child is already a senior like mine, its not too late to get this book. For those embarking on their high school trek, or those starting their apps, the information on taking APs, Honors and IB classes will either guide you through the next 4 years, or make you feel confident about the choices you've (hopefully) made thus far. You'll learn about extracurrics and what schools are looking for and how to prepare for the SAT/ACT and what to do if you already choked on them. The book then guides you through choosing the right college for you through rankings, costs and college visits. By page 171, it is time to jump into the water with both feet and start the process of actually applying. It guides you step by step. It would be difficult to miss anything with this book as your guide. I suppose one thing I like about this book is that it is written by the former Dean of Admissions at Stanford. This woman knows her stuff. The co-author is a journalist and mom who has been where you are right now. She gets that this whole thing is nerve-wracking and overwhelming. The book is filled with insight from admission reps all over the country from a variety of schools. Every chapter has input from reps that really tell you what it is they are looking for, what they like, what they don't like, and who appeals to them the most. I've had my book 2 weeks and it is already dog-eared and well broken in. It has given me a lot of comfort on those nights I begin to wonder if my kid even has a shot at any of the schools to which she is applying, and the answer is yes, she really does. This book is worth every penny!
