On the inside, however, the Adapt E-Series contains cutting-edge technology. The Adapt E-Series takes off-road lighting performance to a whole new level with two layers of adaptive response to your vehicle and driving conditions. The first layer of adaptive response is RIGIDs new Active Power Management (APM) system which continuously monitors input voltage to determine the status of the vehicles electrical system. If the voltage is stable, the Adapt E-Series will continue to utilize all available power to give you the most output possible. If the available voltage to the light begins to drop due to insufficient power, RIGIDs APM system will gradually reduce the lights power consumption until the vehicles voltage stabilizes. The second layer of adaptive response featured in the Adapt E-Series is RIGIDs proven Active View Technology. This technology uses an internal GPS module to determine the vehicles speed, allowing the Adapt E-Series to properly distribute all available power among three unique optic zones. Utilizing the three zones allows the Active View Technology to create the most optimal beam pattern to suit the vehicles speed. As the vehicles speed changes, power is dynamically routed through various optics. Utilizing scene optics for low speed, driving optics for moderate speed and spot optics for high speed driving. Make sure you use a quality power supply
Works well but make sure you use a quality power supply. I've only had this for a couple weeks. At first I was having some weird problems with it randomly disconnecting. I didn't exactly blame the dock because that laptop has had problems with other USB devices. But the way it was disconnecting made me think maybe it was a power issue. I was using a 65w Dell charger which should have been sufficient. When I traded it out for a 65w Lenovo charger, the problems went away for the most part.
Power requirements will vary based on the equaiment you have plugged in so I can't really blame the dock for this. I should be using more than 65 watts, at least 10 watts higher, but I don't have a more powerful adapter lying around. If you're having problems, this is worth considering.

Great solution for 1 USB C laptop
Works well for my laptop with only one USB C port that I wanted to have an external monitor and a monitor extender. Having two HDMI ports was the perfect solution to now have 3 monitors to work from.

Worked for 4 months then died, UGREEN honored the warrenty
I bought this in October 2025 for my wife’s laptop to run 2 monitors and other peripherals. It worked until February 2026 when it just died, not charging laptop, monitors, mouse and keyboard all not working. I did the diagnostic procedure, restarted laptop, shut down laptop and restarted, switched off power strip then switched it back on, and then tried the dock on my M1 MacBook Air with no success. I plugged the USB C power cable directly into laptop and it instantly started charging. Supposedly this hub has a 2 year warranty, but the UGREEN site doesn’t have a clear way to submit a warranty claim. I sent an email to one listed on their site so will see if they respond and honor the warranty.
Update Feb 2026: I contacted UGREEN customer support via email and the same night got an email requesting the invoice, i sent a copy; the next night i got another reply asking if a refund would be satisfactory, I replied a refund would work; the next night I received an email saying a refund would be issued, the next night I received an email from Amazon saying a full refund had been issued. UGREEN did stand behind their warranty, but the warranty claim process does not have a clear how to proceed, you just send an email and hope someone responds.

Game-Changing Dock That Transformed My Setup

Does what it claims to do.
Initially hooked it up to test and it worked as expected, so far. I used this on a Windows 11 laptop and both monitors worked perfectly. I bought this to set up my work from home setup and I think it's going to work out just fine.
One thing I didn't realize until I got the item and hooked everything up was that there's no ethernet port. I think I was mainly concerned about the dual monitor capability and price when I was doing my research that I completely overlooked the ethernet, not a deal breaker though, I'll just have to make two connections instead of just one USB-C connection to my laptop.
The cord is definately not long enough, in my opinion. That fixed USB-C cable is 13 and 3/4 in long. I have an extension though but if I didn't have it, I would have had to buy one. Thats not really necessary unless you want a nice clean looking workstation with all the cables tucked away nicely. I plan on using this in conjunction with a KVM switch that I'll be purchasing later.
The power pass through seems to work just fine. My laptop appears to be charging normally, no popup saying my battery is charging slowly. I'm using a 65 watt power brick for the power, not 100 watt like the description suggests. Although, my laptops original power cord is also rated at 65 watts.
Overall, initial impressions, seems like a good cheap option for a laptop dock, especially if you work from home sometimes. I gave four stars just for the fact there isn't an ethernet connection, otherwise would have been five. Many other cheap docks like this one have an ethernet port, why not this one? I would suggest using ethernet over Wifi any time it's feasible. Thanks.
