Il Salento Rosato "12 e mezzo", realizzato dall'azienda vinicola Varvaglione, ottenuto da uve negramaro in purezza provenienti dai vigneti aziendali. In seguito alla vendemmia avviene una breve criomacerazione in pressa soffice, a cui seguono la fermantazione e l'affinamento in acciaio con sospensione delle fecce e
Rosato tenue, luminoso. Al naso si avvertono profumi floreali, note di piccoli frutti rossi; in bocca è fresco, leggermente mosso, beverino.Il Salento Rosato "12 e mezzo", realizzato dall'azienda vinicola Varvaglione, è ottenuto da uve negramaro in purezza provenienti dai vigneti aziendali. In seguito alla vendemmia avviene una breve criomacerazione in pressa soffice, a cui seguono la fermantazione e l'affinamento in acciaio con sospensione delle fecce e aggiunta di anidride carbonica. Il risultato è un vino fresco, immediato ma non banale.
Ideale come aperitivo, accompagna piatti leggeri di pesce e verdure e formaggi freschi.
