The factory damper for diesel engines has a short lifespan and does not effectively control torsional vibrations at all RPMs. In contrast, Fluidampr offers superior performance that lasts for the entire life of your engine. This damper is ideal for all types of trucks, including stock, work, and competition-built models. By reducing wear on main bearings and other vital engine components, Fluidampr provides more accurate valvetrain operation and optimum engine protection at all RPMs, while also lowering the risk of crankshaft failure.
Unlike the factory rubber-based damper, Fluidampr automatically adapts to your modifications, providing optimum damping at both peak levels and a broad changing frequency range. Precision CNC machined and computer-balanced components ensure that the Fluidampr never needs to be rebuilt or tuned. Purchased for dinner on a cruise. The fit was perfect. Lightweight for the tropics. The little white pocket square can be folded down if you don’t like it. I took off a star because the color was darker than pictured. It is more of a denim blue instead of a light blue.
