The turquoise Tru-stone is not natural turquoise. Tru-Stone is a man-made composite created with real stone powder mixed with resin (often with pigments or metallic flecks), pressure-stabilized into solid blanks. It machines cleanly like stone, polishes to a glossy finish, and is great for durable ring inlays.
