Motor & Powertrain Engineering

At the heart of the HKM-843795 resides a 3,000-watt brushless high-speed motor strategically integrated into the rear hub. This placement optimizes weight distribution, enhances traction on loose surfaces, and delivers instantaneous torque the moment you engage the throttle. The brushless architecture minimizes mechanical friction, reduces maintenance overhead, and extends the motor's operational lifespan significantly compared to brushed alternatives.

Rear Hub Placement for Superior Traction
The rear-mounted motor concentrates weight over the drive wheel, improving grip on gravel, sand, and wet pavement without compromising front-end steering agility.
Brushless High-Speed Architecture
Eliminating carbon brushes reduces internal friction and heat buildup. The result is quieter operation, higher efficiency across the RPM band, and a motor that requires virtually no internal maintenance over its service life.
The motor controller leverages advanced sine-wave modulation, producing exceptionally smooth acceleration with minimal audible whine. Throttle response is progressive and predictable—ideal for both technical trail riding and confident urban commuting.

Lithium Battery System

The 60-volt, 30 amp-hour lithium battery stores a substantial 1,800 watt-hours of energy, translating to a real-world riding range of 62 to 75 miles (100–120 km) under mixed terrain conditions. This is not a theoretical laboratory figure—it reflects actual on-road performance with moderate pedal assist, accounting for variables such as rider weight, elevation change, and surface type.

6–8 hr Charge
Detachable Pack

The battery pack is fully detachable, allowing convenient off-bike charging in your home, office, or apartment. A key-lock mechanism secures the pack to the frame during rides. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) continuously monitors cell voltage, temperature, and charge cycles to safeguard against overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit conditions.

Hydraulic Braking & Rider Safety

Controlling a machine capable of 43.5 mph demands exceptional stopping power. The HKM-843795 is equipped with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes featuring large-diameter rotors. Hydraulic actuation provides superior modulation compared to mechanical cable systems, allowing riders to precisely meter braking force at the lever. The sealed hydraulic lines are impervious to dust, mud, and water ingress, ensuring consistent performance in wet or dirty conditions.

7-Speed Gear System

The 7-speed drivetrain offers a versatile gear range suitable for steep climbs, fast flats, and everything in between. Whether you're pedaling unassisted to extend range or combining human power with the motor's output, the indexing derailleur ensures crisp, reliable shifts with minimal chain noise. The gear cassette is constructed from hardened steel for longevity under high-torque conditions.

Wide Ratio Spread
Seven distinct ratios let you maintain an optimal cadence from steep ascents to high-speed paved sections.
Precision Index Shifting
Each gear engagement is tactile and audible, minimizing the chance of mis-shifts under load.

Frame, Suspension & Load Capacity

The foundation of the HKM-843795 is a durable aluminum alloy frame engineered to support a maximum payload of 331 lbs (150 kg) while resisting torsional flex. The full suspension system—comprising a front fork and rear shock—soaks up trail chatter, potholes, and curb impacts, preserving rider comfort and maintaining tire contact across uneven surfaces.

20-Inch Fat Tires & All-Terrain Capability

The 20-inch fat tires are the defining visual and functional element of this electric cross bike. With a broad contact patch that significantly exceeds standard mountain bike tires, they deliver exceptional flotation over soft terrain—sand, snow, loose gravel, and mud. The increased air volume acts as a secondary suspension layer, further isolating the rider from high-frequency vibrations.

Enhanced Contact Patch
Wider tires distribute weight more evenly, reducing sinkage on soft surfaces and improving grip during cornering on loose terrain.
Natural Suspension Effect
The generous air volume within each tire absorbs small bumps and vibrations before they reach the frame, complementing the mechanical suspension system.

Vintage-Inspired Design & Weather Resistance

The HKM-843795 merges vintage aesthetic cues with contemporary engineering. Its silhouette references classic motorcycle design language while incorporating modern, eco-friendly materials and an IP-rated waterproof construction. The bike is built to withstand rain, splashes, and damp conditions without compromising electrical integrity.

Waterproof Electrical System
Sealed connectors, gasketed enclosures, and conformally coated circuit boards protect sensitive electronics from moisture ingress.
Urban-Meets-Rugged Aesthetic
The timeless design language ensures the bike looks equally at home in a city bike lane or on a backcountry trail.

The Ride Experience

From the moment you engage the throttle, the HKM-843795 communicates a sense of effortless capability. The sine-wave controller translates your input into fluid acceleration, while the full suspension system actively filters out road imperfections. On pavement, the fat tires hum with a reassuring low-frequency drone that speaks to their substantial contact with the ground. Off-road, they float over terrain that would challenge narrower tires, opening up routes and trails previously inaccessible to conventional electric bikes.

The upright, slightly forward-leaning riding position strikes a balance between aerodynamic efficiency and long-ride comfort. The wide handlebars provide ample leverage for maneuvering through tight trail sections, while the cushioned saddle supports extended journeys without excessive fatigue. Every control—from the gear shifter to the brake levers—falls naturally under your fingertips.

Sustainable Mobility

Choosing the HKM-843795 means embracing a lower-carbon commuting alternative without sacrificing performance. The electric powertrain produces zero tailpipe emissions during operation, and the bike's energy consumption—approximately 1,800 Wh per full charge—translates to an exceptionally low cost per mile compared to gasoline-powered transportation. For environmentally conscious riders, this bike represents a meaningful step toward reducing personal transportation emissions while enjoying the thrill of two-wheeled exploration.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the 3000W motor compare to standard e-bike motors?
Most consumer e-bikes feature motors in the 250W–750W range. The HKM-843795's 3,000W motor delivers approximately 4 to 12 times the peak output of those systems. This translates to substantially faster acceleration, superior hill-climbing capability, and the ability to maintain higher cruising speeds even on inclines. The brushless design also ensures this power is delivered efficiently and quietly.
What is the real-world range I can expect?
Under mixed riding conditions with moderate pedal assist, riders can expect 62–75 miles (100–120 km) on a single charge. Range is influenced by several factors: rider weight, terrain gradient, ambient temperature, tire pressure, and the ratio of throttle-only versus pedal-assist riding. In pure throttle mode at maximum speed, range will be lower—approximately 35–45 miles (56–72 km).
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Using the included standard charger, a full charge from empty takes approximately 6 to 8 hours. The detachable battery design allows you to charge the pack indoors while the bike remains parked in a garage or bike rack. The BMS automatically terminates charging once all cells reach their target voltage, preventing overcharge damage.
Is the bike suitable for riders of different heights?
Yes. The HKM-843795 features an adjustable seat post and handlebar stem, accommodating riders from approximately 5'4" to 6'4" (163–193 cm). The 20-inch wheel size keeps the overall standover height manageable, while the spacious frame geometry provides a comfortable cockpit for taller riders.
What type of terrain can this bike handle?
The combination of fat tires, full suspension, and a powerful motor makes this bike capable on pavement, gravel roads, hardpack trails, sand, light snow, and moderate mud. The waterproof construction adds confidence when riding through puddles or in rainy conditions. It is not designed for extreme downhill mountain biking or deep-water submersion.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
