Warranty does not apply to any manufactured products that have been subject to misapplication, abuse, misuse, normal wear, negligence, backfire damage, accidents, burnout due to poor carburetion, and rust out. This warranty does not cover any labor charged or any other claims incidental to replacing a defective part. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product. A final decision as to whether a product is defective will be made by Jones Exhaust after an evaluation of the product. These seem to be fine but since I have to use this to hold a power brick to a wood joist which is NOT smooth, the included adhesive back is not something that will hold securely! I ended up have to screw two wafer head screws through the rubber backing and into the joist to hold the holder to the wood joist securely. If they put some thought into the design, it would have been nice, if they had incorporated a few mounting holes, which would have taken care if this being mounted to items that are not smooth such as a wood joist or other rough surfaces!
