A powerful Brunello, in a great vintage, which over time will find its best balance.It’s a wine that needs no introduction, Brunello by Poggio di Sotto has always been considered one of the great classics of the appellation. A red capable of surprising every year thanks to a unique attention to detail and elegance. Poggio di Sotto's Brunello di Montalcino DOCG comes from the Castelnuovo dell'Abate area, in the Orcia river valley, from vineyards located at 200, 300 and 450 meters above sea level with different sun exposures and on soils rich in skeleton. In the cellar everything is done in the most traditional way, from vinifications in wooden vats to spontaneous fermentations and very prolonged macerations. Refinement takes place in 30 hl oak barrels for 48 months and in bottles for 8 months. Poggio di Sotto's Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is not filtered before bottling.
It goes well with roasted and braised red meats, game and aged cheese.

Strong, Durable, and SIMPLE Frother

Excellent frother! It is ‘SIMPLE’, yet very efficient blending. I love that it included a set of long-lasting batteries. The motor on this frother is strong and works great. The item itself is of durable quality. I have had mine for about 9 months and use it daily for my coffee and other drinks throughout my week, and the battery is still running. I even give it a spin after washing the frother spinner/coil. This helps to dry it thoroughly, as the motor is strong enough to blow away any excess water - and still - the batteries are functioning well. The price is just right…very affordable compared to other brands. I’m very pleased with this purchase and absolutely love that it also came with a stand. I display it on my counter everyday. There are 3 solid and Simple colors to choose from, making this an easier shopping experience. Excellent choice for gifting!

Found the perfect chai frother on a budget!

Okay so I'll be honest, I spent way too long researching milk frothers before pulling the trigger on this one lol. As someone who grew up drinking chai every single day, having a good frother is kind of a big deal in my house. This little thing has been absolutely worth every penny.

The Stand Is the Unexpected Favorite

I use this at my morning coffee station for mixing powdered supplements into my coffee shake — more than one goes in and it handles them without complaint. For a small battery-operated device it has real power. Cleans easily. The foam quality is good for home lattes without any particular technique required. But my favorite part is, unexpectedly, the stand. It’s sturdy and well made and gives me somewhere sensible to set a dripping frother instead of it lying on the counter. A small thing that earns its counter space.
