All-around hormone help with boron, tongkat, DIM, and zinc

Panda Supps Test is a straight-up natural test support formula with everything listed out, more like a complete system than those old tribulus-only pills. The idea is simple: hit the key micronutrients for male hormones, add herbs for libido, stress toughness, and androgen help, then throw in stuff for estrogen metabolism to keep things balanced. That's smarter than most in this category, where you see shady prop blends and tiny doses just for show.

It starts with vitamin D3 at 2,000 IU, a good daily amount for something tied to hormone function and guy health. Zinc glycinate at 30 mg is a solid pick; zinc helps make steroid hormones, and this form is easier on the gut than cheap oxides. Boron citrate at 15 mg is one of the bigger doses out there. Boron gets used in test formulas because studies show it can help with free testosterone, vitamin D use, and pathways for inflammation and hormones.

Folate comes as 700 mcg DFE of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium, the active methylated version instead of fake folic acid. That's a smart choice. It's in the 600-800 mcg sweet spot and helps with one-carbon metabolism—basically moving stuff around for cells—homocysteine recycling, and making SAMe. It's not a hyped test booster, but it backs up recovery, cell work, and methylation stuff.

The herbs are where you'll probably feel it most. Tribulus terrestris extract at 750 mg is a go-to for libido and energy. Test results are mixed, so honestly, tribulus shines more for sex drive and that subjective boost

Key Highlights

  • 30 mg Zinc Glycinate — that's a real dose of a key mineral for guy hormone health, in a chelated form that's easy to handle. Zinc is crucial for making steroid hormones and keeping your immune up, and glycinate beats the junky oxide versions you see a lot.
  • 15 mg Boron Citrate — bigger than what most test supports give you. Boron helps with free test levels, using vitamin D better, and overall hormone setup, making it a cool underrated pick for modern men's supps.
  • 2,000 IU Vitamin D3 — real support, not just filler. Vitamin D links to hormone function, mood, and health, so this gives the formula a solid nutrition base instead of relying only on fancy herbs.
  • 700 mcg DFE Folate as 5-MTHF — the ready-to-use methylated folate, hitting that 600-800 mcg range. It helps with methylation—chemical tagging in your body—homocysteine recycling, and SAMe production, which is a step up from basic folic acid.
  • 200 mg Longjack — a solid herb for male energy, not just hype. Tongkat ali supports libido, workout drive, and free test, especially if you're stressed from work or training.
  • 500 mg Ashwagandha Powder — stress relief fits in a test formula because ongoing stress kills recovery, mood, and hormone readiness. This makes the whole thing stronger by tackling cortisol instead of ignoring it.
  • 750 mg Tribulus Terrestris Extract — a classic that still works when done right. Tribulus is best for libido, sex health, and that feel-good vitality, which is what a lot of guys really want over big test claims.
  • 100 mg DIM — right in the 100-200 mg zone for helping estrogen breakdown. DIM shifts estrogen to better forms, adding a balance angle that basic test boosters skip.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys doing high-volume hypertrophy who feel recovery, motivation, or libido dip with more stress. Ashwagandha, longjack, boron, zinc, and vitamin D3 combo is made for that—back hormones while easing stress so training doesn't feel flat.
  • Strength folks cutting calories who want to keep drive without extra stims. Dieting hits recovery, mood, and libido hard, and this hits back with zinc glycinate, boron, D3, fenugreek, and tongkat ali from a hormone angle, not caffeine.
  • Lifters past 30 with good routines but missing that young readiness. It fits by mixing nutrient fixes with adaptogens and androgen herbs instead of one hyped thing.
  • Guys wanting test support without blend mysteries. Panda shows every dose, so you can see the 30 mg zinc, 15 mg boron, 200 mg longjack, and 100 mg DIM for real.
  • Athletes after full hormone balance, not just test push. DIM and indole-3-carbinol make it spot-on for knowing estrogen matters in how test support feels.
  • Users building a no-stim routine with sleep, training, creatine, and protein, not chasing stronger pres. This fits in for libido, stress toughness, and balance without evening caffeine issues.

How to Use

Do 4 capsules as your daily dose. It's hormone support, not pre, so pick a consistent time like with breakfast or an early meal. New to this or sensitive stomach? Start at 2 caps for 3-4 days, then full up. Food helps with comfort since DIM, indole-3-carbinol, fenugreek, tribulus, and ashwagandha can be tough empty. Use every day, training or not—benefits come from regular hits. Stacks great with creatine, protein, fish oil, magnesium, or pre since no caffeine. Don't mix randomly with other hormone stuff unless you get why, as DIM and I3C cover that. Try 4-8 weeks straight to see. Keep in cool, dry spot with lid tight.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days, you won't feel much—no buzz, no drop, nothing wild. If your stomach's picky, take with food to ease the herbs and cruciferous stuff. Week one, some guys notice little boosts in libido, mood, and drive from tribulus, tongkat ali, fenugreek, and boron. By weeks 2-4, it clicks: ashwagandha's stress help shows, nutrients are steady, and DIM plus I3C balance things out. Training won't go superhuman, but readiness and recovery pick up. It's for building baseline, so expect steady gains over time, not a one-day wonder.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Panda Supps Test designed to do?

Panda Supps Test is a daily natural hormone-support formula designed to promote male vitality, libido, recovery, and a more favorable hormonal environment. It combines foundational support from vitamin D3, zinc glycinate, boron, and 5-MTHF with herbs like tongkat ali, tribulus, fenugreek, and ashwagandha, then adds DIM and indole-3-carbinol for estrogen-metabolism support.

How many capsules are in a serving, and how long does one bottle last?

A full serving is 4 capsules, and each bottle provides 30 servings. Used daily as intended, one bottle lasts 30 days.

Does Panda Supps Test contain a proprietary blend?

No. This formula is fully disclosed, which is a major advantage in the testosterone-support category. Every active ingredient and every dose is listed, so you can evaluate the formula against real research instead of trusting hidden milligrams.

How much vitamin D, zinc, and boron does Panda Supps Test provide?

Each 4-capsule serving provides 2,000 IU vitamin D3, 30 mg zinc glycinate, and 15 mg boron citrate. That gives the formula a serious nutritional foundation for endocrine support rather than relying only on herbs.

Why are DIM and indole-3-carbinol included in a test booster?

Because hormone support is not only about pushing testosterone-related ingredients. DIM at 100 mg and indole-3-carbinol at 100 mg are included to influence estrogen metabolism, helping shift breakdown toward more favorable metabolites. That gives Panda Supps Test a more balanced hormone-support strategy than simpler formulas built only around tribulus and tongkat.

Is the DIM dose meaningful in this formula?

Yes. DIM is dosed at 100 mg, which falls within the 100-200 mg range commonly used in emerging human research on estrogen metabolism. That makes it one of the better-dosed support ingredients in the formula.

Is the indole-3-carbinol dose aggressive or more supportive?

At 100 mg, indole-3-carbinol is better described as supportive than aggressive. Research commonly uses 200-400 mg, so Panda's dose still makes mechanistic sense as a partner to DIM, but it sits below the more typical studied range.

Will I feel this product right away like a pre-workout?

No. This is a daily baseline-support formula, not a stimulant. Most users judge it over 2-4 weeks of consistent use, looking for better libido, steadier drive, improved recovery feel, and a more resilient day-to-day baseline.

Can I take Panda Supps Test with pre-workout or coffee?

Yes. This formula is stim-free, so it does not create caffeine overlap on its own. That makes it easy to stack with your normal coffee, pump product, or pre-workout without adding another stimulant variable.

What should I stack with Panda Supps Test for best results?

The smartest stack is training fundamentals: creatine monohydrate, adequate protein intake, magnesium, fish oil, and a pre-workout if desired. Panda Supps Test supports the hormonal and recovery environment, while creatine handles phosphocreatine replenishment and protein supports muscle repair and growth.

Not cheap, but you get what what you pay for!!!
Color: Gold/G-15 Green, Lens Width: 58 Millimeters
After seventeen years in the blazing sun of Tucson, Arizona, I FINALLY broke down and brought myself (what I hoped was) a quality pair of sunglasses! I had gone through countless pairs of cheapies and had decided it was time. In the back of my mind, admittedly, I wondered if it was worth it... (I can be tight with a buck). The verdict? WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! My first impression? They felt heavy. Not uncomfortably, mind you, but the mass of something well made. After a day or two that only makes them more comfortable... And yes, over time, a few expected random scratches, but far fewer than their lower priced counterparts. And it's not like I baby them. They get beaten up. And they only seem to look BETTER instead of worse... a true sign of quality! This won't be my last pair. But I don't anticipate having to replace them for a long while. In a nutshell? Buy 'em. You won't regret it!

My Most-Worn RayBans By Far
Color: Gold/G-15 Green, Lens Width: 55 Millimeters
These are what you buy when you look absolutely horrible in teardrop Aviators, which I do. I've even had commissioned salespeople tell me not to wear teardrop aviators, that's how bad they look on me. I purchased these in 2012 after owning a pair of Ray Ban New Wayfarers. I wanted something more stylish and more vintage looking. These are light, the earpieces practically disappear on your face, and the lens quality is outstanding. They've been dropped many times but so far, they're still gleaming like new. The nose pads can irritate my nose after long periods of wear, but they're still way more comfortable than my optical glasses. I wear these when I know I'm going to be in the sun for a long time because they don't give me big tan lines on the side of my face. I tried a 55mm, but ended up needing a 58mm to fit my big head. The lenses on the 58mm are a tad taller than I would like, but they provide excellent sun protection and they don't look bad on me at all. Ironically, I bought my dad a pair of 55mm American Optical sunglasses and they're almost exactly the same size and shape as the 58mm Caravans. They do provide more wrap than the American Optical. I've gotten a lot of compliments about these, maybe more than any other pair of sunglasses I've ever owned.

Perfect for Pilots
Color: Gold/G-15 Green, Lens Width: 55 Millimeters
I work in aviation and got these because they have a very top gun, fresh-esque look. The glass is solid, I’ve dropped them a few times and haven’t scratched them yet (from August - March). Fits perfectly under my headset and they can slide on and off pretty easily with the headset on. I can see the G1000 perfectly, without losing any of the panel as I did with my polarized glasses. Good shades - slightly too small for my face, hence the four stars.

Just perfect.
Color: Gold Havana/G-15 Green, Lens Width: 55 Millimeters
I saw this model of Ray Bans while watching Top Gun: Maverick. Actor John Hamm (Cyclone, in the movie) sported these during the beach scene. I looked for them here in Amazon and was lucky to find them for less than $100. They fit just great, and the lenses (G-15), give a clear and high definition picture. I definitely recommend them, perfect for driving, cycling, or your next F/A-18 mission.

Almost like they used to be...
Color: Gunmetal/G-15 Green, Lens Width: 55 Millimeters
These are the 3rd pair of Caravans I've owned over the years. The 1st pair were chrome frames and got mangled one time when I had set them on the trunk of the car to fill-up and drove away without them. Went back after only 100 yards or so, but by then they had been clipped by another car and were toast. Kept the lenses, sent the frame back to B&L (when they were still in Rochester -- and when customer service really WAS important to the company) and they sent back a brand-new pair of black-framed beauties -- FOR FREE! This pair recently experienced a broken frame - right at the junction of the lower curved piece that holds the lens frames together. (How this happened, I have no idea. I was wearing them. Put them in my shirt pocket. Took them out, put them on, and the lens was still in my pocket!) Now, Bausch & Lomb is owned by Luxottica (in Atlanta, GA.) Not entirely friendly, I would say, especially in the tone of the service rep's voice and bluntness. And I was told my only hope of getting any kind of satisfaction was to ship the broken pair to them and after examination they would decide whether it was a manufacturing defect or a customer caused one. Believe me -- there are NO damage marks on these black frames. The frame just cracked due to what? Fatigue, I guess. If judged in my favor they'd give me a substantial discount (40%, I believe) off list price on another pair that they might have in stock at the time. Egads! Talk about leaving you feeling helpless. NONE of the frames and lenses shown were to my liking, so I opted out of that choice and decided to search Amazon for a pair to my liking. So, this brings me to the new ones -- the subject at hand. The lenses on these are advertised as being 55mm wide, which they are. However, the original Caravans were 58mm wide = a small but perceptable difference, especially in field-of-view coverage AND how they look on your face. The G15 lenses seem to be the same tint, and the color (gun metal grey) is very nice. They fit well, and are what one would expect given the name RayBan. Therefore, I recommend them. [Footnote: As for my broken 58mm black-framed pair -- I looked up repair shops on the I-net, found 2 that seemed to talk a good game, picked one (in Cincinnati) and shipped them off today to have the frame laser welded. I am keeping my fingers crossed that they'll come back in usable shape (as promised) and I will again have my Old Faithfull's back. $35 to save a no-longer-made classic pair of RayBans is worth it in my book.]
