This single malt was distilled at Caol Ila distillery in 2010 and aged for more than 12 years in a single hogshead, yielding a total of 269 bottles.

Nose - Honey roasted, smoked cashew nuts are mixed with chunks of caramelised white chocolate. Brown sugar is flavoured with vanilla and cinnamon. Peat chimney smoke sits in the background.

Palate - Roasted orange slices are sprinkled with dark, caramelised muscovado sugar before serving alongside a crisp topped crème brûlée. Smoke wafts in at the end.

Finish - Cinnamon spice and hard, caramelised sugar shards linger on.
