Light: This agave thrives in bright, indirect light but can handle some direct sun. It does best in a sunny spot, like a windowsill or well-lit room. Avoid placing it in low light, as it may lose its vivid variegation and become leggy.
Water: Like most agaves, ‘Ouji-Raijin’ prefers to dry out completely between waterings. It stores moisture in its thick leaves, so watering too often can lead to rot. In warmer months, water every 2–3 weeks; in winter, watering once a month or less is usually enough.
