In the spring and summer, the bug screen, made from heavy duty tear resistent mesh, protects the rad and grille from bugs, stones and debris. The winter front and bug screen are interchangeable using Fia's patented Stick A Stud no drill installation system. Using a 3M adhesive backed stud fastener, just peel and stick to surface and snap on either the winter front or bug screen. No tools are required for installation. Perfect fit on 2008 Honda CRV LX
This KAX air filter was an excellent fit in a 2008 Honda CRV LX. The construction components of the filter (gasket, frame, and filter) are of good quality. I feel good putting this aftermarket filter in the car for the next 12k-15k miles. I took a picture of this filter next to the filter I replaced for frame/size comparison; it is an exact match. Additionally, the filter was wrapped in sealed plastic, boxed, and came with directions.
