This does NOT work on any other vehicle, and is made to work on PCM controlled vehicles only. 05-2024 GM 2 pin plug vehicles. The maximum voltage is 15.2-15.5v on brand x and OEM installed regulators. Some brands have a max of less if they use a lesser quality Chinese aftermarket regulator. As low as 14.8-14.9v max.
installation is relatively straight forward. Red wire on the knob will go to ignition. Black wire to ground. Plug this into the alternator.
