In questo vino si intuisce tutta la potenzialità di questo vitigno che nonostante la tostatura delle botti conserva la propria identità e il proprio carattere senza essere influenzato dal legno. Unottima falanghina.
Vino versatile, da abbinare a primi piatti di pesce come un risotto ai fiori di zucca e gamberetti o a carni bianche saporite.
