The Maxx-ER 024312 PowerChuck P Stainless Chuck With Mounting Plate 158×198 mm is a compact, high-precision pneumatic chuck engineered for space-efficient, high-accuracy workholding. Manufactured from stainless steel and supplied with an integrated sealing ring, this extra-flat PowerChuck features a reduced Z-height of just 54 mm, making it ideal for applications with limited vertical clearance. It accepts P pallets, ITS 100, ITS 50, and G-plates, and offers 4×90° indexing with repeatability within 0.002 mm (0.00008"), ensuring consistent, repeatable positioning. The mounting plate can be customized to suit specific machine interfaces. This chuck is 100% cross-compatible with the Erowa PowerChuck P ER-024312, allowing seamless integration into existing PowerChuck P systems.
