Description

Our new GO blu, pocket-rocket portable HD DAC/amp, is diminutive enough to take with you wherever you go! It gives you best sound from wired but the convenience of wireless as you no longer need to have a cable connection to your smartphone.

Whether you’re exercising at the gym with your Apple watch clocking your every step or catching up on your MacBook at your favourite coffee shop, the GO blu is the perfect companion.

It pairs wirelessly with your source device via Bluetooth with no need to worry about whether you’ve got the right cable for your Android or Apple device. Just pair … and GO!

Every day is a GO blu day!

And you can also get one today from Gears for Ears the official ifi dealer at the best price in Bangladesh.

Weighs only

That’s less than an AA battery!

Superior sound. Unbound.

Wireless headphones or earphones of any kind integrate Bluetooth processing, D/A conversion and amplification onto one, standard ‘off the shelf’ chip. There is a ceiling to the sound quality that can be achieved.

Team good corded headphones or in-ear monitors, with a separate, high-quality portable DAC/headphone amp, and your sound quality will beat any pair of wireless headphone or earphones hands down.

Using the GO blu means no compromise on sound quality.

Pair the GO blu to your Apple/Android. Connect your favourite corded headphones to the GO blu and then tuck it away –  it’s so petite it will slip into your running gear or suit pocket. It’s also gorgeous enough to show off by leaving it on the table at your favourite coffee shop!

GO blu. Go beyond.

With its lightweight, soft-touch polymer enclosure (great for Bluetooth reception, unlike signal-blocking metal), copper-coloured trim and ChronoDial watch crown-style control, the GO blu is a pleasure to use wherever you go.

iFi has even incorporated a high-quality chip-based (CMOS-MEMS) microphone, enabling hands-free calls, voice chat for gaming and access to voice assistants such as Apple Siri and Google Assistant.

Further flexibility is provided by the USB-C charging port, which doubles as an audio input enabling USB connection from source devices that don’t offer Bluetooth connectivity. Hi-res PCM audio data up to24-bit/96kHz is supported when the GO blu is connected in this way.

HD Bluetooth 5.1

The way iFi implements Bluetooth is anything but ‘run of the mill’ and despite its diminutive size the GO blu is no exception.

The use of Qualcomm’s latest four-core QCC5100 Bluetooth processing chip ensures that every current high-definition Bluetooth audio format is supported.

  • aptX Adaptive and aptX HD
  • LDAC and HWA/LHDC
  • regular aptX and aptX Low Latency
  • AAC
  • SBC (plain vanilla Bluetooth)

This means that every possible source device is handled at the highest audio resolution its Bluetooth specification allows – no other pocket-size DAC/amp delivers such comprehensive codec support, or such high-quality sound over Bluetooth.

The GO blu is Bluetooth v5.1-compliant, ensuring the best possible range, stability and performance, and its ‘Bluetooth engine’ can be updated over the air.

Three. Unique. Stages.

Bluetooth. DAC. Amplifier.

Most pocket-size Bluetooth DAC/headphone amps incorporate all-in-one ‘system on a chip’ solutions to deliver input processing, digital-to-analogue signal conversion and amplification. These are simple and cost-effective, but they cannot compare with expertly designed, individually optimised circuit stages when it comes to sound quality.

Uniquely for a device of this type and size, the GO blu’s clever design packs in separate Bluetooth, DAC and amp stages, each engineered in distinct blocks to deliver the ideal combination of cutting-edge specification and superb sound.

The Bluetooth stage makes full use of Qualcomm’s latest four-core QCC5100 Bluetooth chip and supports every current high definition format.

This then feeds the DAC stage with a Cirrus Logic 32-bit DAC chip at its heart. This is coupled with a customised digital filter to minimise pre-echoes and ringing artefacts, and a precision clock system to ensure ultra-low jitter, thus reducing errors and distortion in the digital audio signal.

The amp circuitry benefits from symmetrical twin-mono signal paths and utilises iFi’s Direct Drive design concept – direct-coupled to ensure a clean signal path without distortion-inducing output coupling capacitors. The amp stage delivers up to 5.6V – considerably more power than other similarly sized devices – handling even relatively tough headphone loads with ease. To ensure signal strength suits the sensitivity of the connected headphones or earphones, auto-gain adjusts output up or down by 6dB.

Swiss Chronograph design & implementation

GO blu‘s ChronoDial is a masterpiece of precision engineering and, just like a Chronograph, it gives you precise, analogue volume control. You can use it to play, pause, and skip tracks forward and backwards and even activate the voice assistant on your Bluetooth-connected smart device. Here’s how it’s constructed:

  1. Brass supporting column with anti-corrosion
  2. Brass locking nut with anti-corrosion
  3. Precision 304 stainless steel bearing
  4. 304 stainless steel main dial with beryllium cobalt copper coating
  5. High-purity nickel push-button spring
  6. Precision CNC machined AL6063 aluminium push button

GO Balanced

Whether you use balanced or non-balanced headphones, you get the least noise and best channel separation for the most enjoyable music.

The GO blu boasts a Pentaconn 4.4mm output enabling headphones equipped with balanced connectivity to take full advantage of the GO blu’s balanced amp design.

In addition, the 3.5mm output benefits from iFi’s proprietary S-Balanced circuitry. This cuts crosstalk and related distortion in half when used with regular, single-ended headphone connections, this is especially beneficial with high-sensitivity in-ear monitors.

Both outputs are gold-plated to resist tarnishing and thereby maintain optimum contact quality.

X-factor. Inside and out.

With XBass to add back lost low-end grunt and XSpace  to widen the soundstage, the GO blu is small on the outside but mighty on the inside. You will be immersed in its majestic musicality.

The X-factor doesn’t stop with the sound. The GO blu has a watch crown-style control and is made with hi-tech components. It weighs in at a super featherlight 26grams or 0.06lbs.

It will be your ‘go-to’ music device.

iFi Audio uses use Qualcomm’s new QCC5100 Bluetooth IC in combination with the Cirruc Logic 43131 as DAC to to create an audibly superior ‘Bluetooth engine’.

All the current high-definition Bluetooth audio formats are supported – Qualcomm’s aptX Adaptive and aptX HD, Sony’s LDAC and HWA’s LHDC, regular aptX and aptX Low Latency, AAC (Apple iOS devices) and SBC (the ‘plain vanilla’ Bluetooth codec).

Of the 24-bit-capable codecs, aptX Adaptive and aptX HD support up to 48kHz, while LDAC and LHDC reach 96kHz.

iFi’s ‘Bluetooth engine’ can also be updated over-the-air, so future codecs may be added.

The latest Cirrus Logic CS43131 is an advanced ‘minature’ DAC that is at the heart of the newest range of iFi mobile devices.

  • Advanced 32-bit oversampled multi-bit modulator with mismatch shaping technology
  • Dynamic Range of 130dB
  • THD+n of -115dB

It is a superior method to the traditional single-ended circuit approach. Balanced circuits reduce noise and crosstalk. Less Interference – clearer sound.

You normally find this set-up in products at the higher end of the price spectrum such as the Pro iCAN but iFi is now using this across its range to produce the best quality audio for all our customers.

As with many other iFi audio products, we’ve incorporated a custom OV Series operational-amplifier. This top-notch component contributes to the extremely low noise, low distortion (0.0001%) and wide bandwidth.

An important aspect of the circuit design is its direct-coupled nature (no coupling capacitor is present), achieved without a conventionally applied DC servo.

DirectDrive® equals a direct signal path which means less signal degradation. This direct signal path is unequalled in audio and is the reason why the sound is so ‘true’.

XSpace is the iFi analogue signal improvement circuitry to get that ‘music’ back outside of your head for much better headphone enjoyment.

XBass is an analogue headphone spatialiser. It opens up your music to give you the feeling of spaciousness experienced at a live concert.

TDK C0G (Class 1 ceramic) capacitors offer high stability and low losses for resonant circuit applications.

Getting ever closer to the theoretical ideal of pure, frequency-constant capacitance, these capacitors reduce capacitor-induced distortion to vanishingly low levels.

They are pricey but are a perfect addition to our products.

muRata control-type, low-ESR high-Q multi-layer capacitors. The ‘ESR control’ aspect of the Murata is something special. Their noise suppression abilities are impressive.

Great addition!!!
Color: White
I love Rita! (Yes our name for her) we had a shark for years and from day 1 it had issues. RITA is amazing! We have three dogs who always bring dirt in and she keeps our floors dirt free! Her select zone abilities allows me to set and go. She has a 30 min disposal option I use because of my dogs and actually didnt really need to use it unless I go a couple days without running her. I usually run her once a day but have gone at least 3 days without running her lol. The mopping capabilities is good and gets the job done in between manually mopping which i do maybe MAYBE Once a week lol. Shes a lot quieter than the shark and kicks its butt 3 times over. Hands down best additional to our cleaning care routine. I love her and will stick to this brand.

Good product, great value
Color: White02
I've had this robot vacuum cleaner for about a month now, and I'm super happy with it! This is my third robot vacuum, the first two are roomba then based on the reviews being so good for this one and so bad for Roomba, I wanted to give it a chance and I'm glad I did. Set up an integration with Alexa and Google home was very easy. I haven't really figured out the mapping function cuz that seems a little janky in the app, but it vacuums my entire house and does a very good job of getting everywhere because of the mapping and the back and forth pattern that it follows instead of random. I don't use the mopping function so I can't comment on that. The way this docks is much better than the Roomba because the contacts for charging are on the side of the unit rather than on the bottom. The Roomba just doesn't always make good connection. The vacuum always finds its way back to the base when it's done cleaning which is nice. I usually have to go hunt for my Roomba to get it back to the charger. One last positive thing. For some reason it was missing the filter. I contacted roborock through the Amazon vendor contact. They asked for a photo of everything that came in the box, and sent me the pieces I was missing with no hassle at all. Okay, one more thing it's also really quiet.

Impressive, with a minor shortfall
Color: White
I’m replacing a Neato that lost online support as the company caved. This one has some impressive performance for the price. First, I have no use for the ”mop” function that just drags a wet mat behind it. But for vacuum it works well. I don’t think it took more than 10 minutes to completely map my 1700 sq ft house. I can select what rooms it should clean, and other choices for cleaning. One big pain in the butt, however, is (a) it sometimes ends, returns to home and claims to be charging when it’s not. Then the battery discharges, and it notifies you it’s shutting down. Now we get the resulting problem - (b) it forgets your network login info and you have to try multiple times with their klugy process to get it back on your network. Otherwise, than that hassle, I’m pleased with this vac.

The only Robo Vacuum Cleaner I liked!
Color: Black01
When the pandemic and stay at home orders hit, my wife wanted me to vacuum the house. I immediately started looking for Robo Cleaners. Over the past six weeks, I have tried four different models. It was something I did not like about each of the first three. I have a two story house with an elevated entry level that Robot cleaners cannot climb up to. That means I have in effect three floors on the house. In spite of promises, none of the other three could map and retain the maps for more than one floor at a time. The S6 pure can. Also, the S6 maps using a laser guidance system, not a camera. I think it may be more accurate in navigating and finding things, and of course could do the job in total darkness since lasers don’t need the lights on to work. This mapping function actually divides the floor into multiple rooms, this is a function I had to perform manually on other models I tested. If one wants to of course one can of further combine or divide the rooms or set the boundaries anywhere you want manually. One thing I miss on this model that other models that is that other models allowed you to label the names of the room, where is this as he does not. This may be improved on a future software update. However, I can still figure out which is the living room and which is the dining room on the map it draws. We have oriental rugs in some of the rooms. One of the other cleaners I tried promptly chewed up the fringes on the rug and curled it off. It sucked it into its apparatus and stopped and I had to freeze it. No matter what I tried to do or how low I placed the strings, , it constantly choked and had to be rescued every time it crossed the border of the oriental rug. (That one was returned in about two days.) The S6 nibbles the fringes a bit, but passes all of them OK. My wife did not like even that. On previous models, some allowed exclusion zones or no cross lines. This did not work. The no cross line did not work, because I want the vacuum to work on both sides of the line rather than just walling off a corner of the room. One of the other cleaners allowed you to map off a non-entry area. When I tried, the minimum width was something like 6 feet, which was way too large to use just on a fringe of an oriental carpet. Finally I tried the S-6 Pure. This is a brand new model from this company. I usually don’t like to buy things just as they are released, but the clock was ticking and I had no choice. However, I am extremely pleased with the product. As I said, it is brand new so I assume that everything is as up-to-date and improved as possible. It does indeed map more than one floor, and it has map three floors in my house. It has also made a pretty good guess as to how to divide all the rooms on the floor. These are modifiable if you wish. As I said, so far you cannot label the rooms, but that is not really necessary. I tried the no-go zone on this one. Unlike the other cleaner I try it, this cleaner allows a no go zone of perhaps 1 foot in width. This is perfect for the fringes on the carpet. I selected a no go zone around the fringes of the oriental rug and let the cleaner loose. One was pretty much perfect and one just nipple devoid of a little bit. I adjusted the border of the no go zone to include completely the fringes. Now the robot zooms around the living room but avoids the fringes of the oriental rug. I also set little no go zones around the vents which are on the floor in this room, so that the Robot cleaner does not go over the metal grating. This cleaner also has an option, which I have not tried yet, where it will vacuum at a lower strength on hard floors, but will sense when it is on a carpet or rug and increase the vacuum strength to vacuum these areas more heavily. This unit will also mop floors, obviously just smooth non-carpeted floors, but I really did not care about this function (though it is nice to have!). I am glad it is there because it might be of some use in the future, especially for kitchen and bathrooms. This unit has the largest battery size of the various sizes that are available in different manufacturers machines, so they charge more to list out as long as anybody else’s. It also has a vacuum setting which is among the strongest of the ones available in different models you might find. One additional thing I should say is that their customer service appears to be excellent. I have emailed them multiple times with various dumb questions, and I usually get a response within a day. Another nice thing is that they actually appear to read my question and do not give a boilerplate response. This is not the cheapest Robo vacuum cleaner on the market (not the most expensive), but if these features sound interesting to you, I have not found another cleaner even at a higher price that is it’s equal.

Helping hand
Color: White02
After looking at more expensive models, I decided to go with this one, and I’m really impressed with how well it performs. It cleans my entire house effortlessly, moving over bathroom rugs, high-pile carpet, area rugs, and hardwood floors without any trouble. The mapping feature works extremely well, and if a door is closed or something blocks its path, it easily navigates around it. It truly feels like having an extra helping hand with cleaning. I absolutely love it!
