750mg Mediator® 50P to help your training build real muscle

Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid keeps it simple with one main ingredient to help with muscle building. It focuses on the signals that kick off growth from your workouts, without any stimulants, pumps, or hype. This isn't a pre-workout or recovery shake—it's straight-up support for hypertrophy, which is muscle growth. The key player is phosphatidic acid, a type of fat molecule that research shows can help with mTOR signaling. mTOR is basically the boss pathway for building muscle protein and adapting to lifting.

The formula packs 750mg of Mediator® 50P, a branded version from Chemi Nutra that's standardized to 50% phosphatidic acid. That's important because not all sources are equal in quality or consistency. Mediator® is a top name in this space, and Bucked Up uses the full 750mg dose that's become the go-to amount based on studies for folks who lift. The research on phosphatidic acid isn't as huge as creatine's, but what's out there points to 750mg daily as a solid target for trained users.

How it works: phosphatidic acid acts like a signal in your cells, especially after resistance training, to fire up mTOR and promote growth. In gym terms, your workouts provide the stress, protein gives the materials, and this helps your muscles get the message to build up. It's best for people already training hard and eating right—it's not a fix for skipping sessions or skimping on food; it's there to amp up the results from what you're doing.

What w

Bucked Up Phos Acid by Bucked Up contains 750mg Mediator® 50P (Phosphatidic Acid 50%), a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 750mg Mediator® 50P per serving—that's the solid dose everyone talks about in phosphatidic acid supps. Bucked Up puts it right up front, no hiding it in a blend, so you know exactly what you're getting.
  • Mediator® 50P comes from Chemi Nutra and is a trusted branded form. In this category, where quality counts, a branded ingredient means you're getting something reliable, not just cheap filler.
  • Standardized to 50% phosphatidic acid—that's the active part that matters. This formula focuses on the stuff that's got the buzz for performance, not just window dressing.
  • Aims at mTOR signaling for muscle growth, not quick energy boosts. It's different from pre-workouts—it's about how your muscles adapt over time, not just feeling pumped in the moment.
  • No stimulants at all—no caffeine or other hype ingredients. Perfect for late workouts, if you're sensitive to stims, or want muscle support without revving up your system.
  • Just one ingredient, no prop blends. You see exactly what's in it, how much, and can compare it to what the studies say.
  • 60 servings in a bottle, easy capsules. Makes it simple to stick with daily, and that's key because this works best with consistent use, not hit or miss.
  • Stacks great with creatine, protein, and pre-workouts. It handles the growth signals, so it adds to your stack without overlapping what you already take.

Bucked Up Phos Acid by Bucked Up contains 750mg Mediator® 50P (Phosphatidic Acid 50%), a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks chasing muscle size with high-volume training and progressive overload. The 750mg Mediator® 50P is for those who know gains come from work, food, and signals—not just hype and pumps.
  • Strength-size hybrids who want extra support without more caffeine. Stim-free capsules fit right into stacks with creatine, protein, and a pre.
  • Late-day lifters avoiding sleep issues. This targets growth paths, not CNS hype, so it's solid for after-work sessions.
  • Athletes easing off stims but still wanting a legit supp. Gives a training-focused option instead of just coffee.
  • Vet supp users done with hidden 'growth' blends. This is one branded ingredient with a clear dose, easy to check against studies.
  • Guys building stacks around basics like creatine and protein. This adds the signaling piece without overlapping.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules daily for the full dose. On lift days, try one 30 minutes pre and one post—that's a common way to time it around your session. On off days, do both together, maybe on an empty stomach if it sits well, to keep things steady. Capsules are easy—no mixing, just water and regular timing. Food's okay, but some prefer it separate from big meals. Stacks awesome with creatine, whey, and pre-workouts since it targets different stuff like signals, not energy or hydration. No need to cycle like stims, but daily use is key. Keep it cool and dry, and rate it over weeks of training.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: Pop two capsules (or one if splitting), and you probably feel zilch right away—that's normal, no stims or tingles here. In the workout, any boost is low-key, hard to spot in one go. Days 1-7: Get into the habit and fit it with your routine. Weeks 2-4: This is when it starts to matter, supporting adaptation over time. Check your logs, weight changes, recovery, and if your training is leading to better results. It's for the long haul, so measure it that way.

Key Ingredients

  • Mediator® 50P — 750mg — Supports muscle-building signaling from hard resistance training

Frequently Asked Questions

How much phosphatidic acid is in Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid?

Each 2-capsule serving provides 750mg of Mediator® 50P, a branded phosphatidic acid ingredient from Chemi Nutra standardized to 50% phosphatidic acid. That 750mg serving is the key benchmark dose most commonly discussed in the phosphatidic acid category.

Will I feel Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid right away like a pre-workout?

Probably not, and that is exactly what you should expect from this ingredient. Phosphatidic acid is not a stimulant or pump agent; it is used to support cellular signaling related to muscle growth and strength adaptation over weeks of consistent resistance training.

When should I take Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid?

A common approach is one capsule about 30 minutes before training and one capsule after training. On rest days, take the full 2-capsule serving together to maintain daily consistency, because this ingredient is meant to be used routinely rather than sporadically.

Can I stack Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid with creatine?

Yes, and that is one of the most logical stacks for this product. Creatine supports ATP regeneration and performance output during high-intensity training, while phosphatidic acid supports the signaling side of adaptation from that training.

Does Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. This formula is stimulant-free and contains only one active performance ingredient: 750mg of Mediator® 50P phosphatidic acid per 2-capsule serving.

Is this better for muscle gain or strength?

It is relevant to both, because phosphatidic acid is used to support mTOR-related pathways tied to resistance-training adaptation. In practice, it makes the most sense for users pursuing hypertrophy, strength progression, or both within a structured lifting program.

How long should I use Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid before judging results?

Give it at least 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use while training hard and eating enough protein. This is not an acute-feel product, so the best way to assess it is through performance trends, body composition changes, and training progression over time.

Is Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid beginner-friendly?

From a tolerance standpoint, yes—it is simple, capsule-based, and stimulant-free. From a usefulness standpoint, it is best for beginners who are already following a real lifting program, because phosphatidic acid is designed to amplify adaptation to resistance training rather than replace good fundamentals.

Does this formula use a proprietary blend?

No. Bucked Up fully discloses the formula: 750mg of Mediator® 50P per serving. That level of transparency is a major advantage in a category where many 'muscle growth' products hide behind vague blends.

What are the inactive ingredients in Bucked Up Phosphatidic Acid?

The inactive ingredients are rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose) capsule, and magnesium stearate from a vegetable source. The active performance component is solely Mediator® 50P phosphatidic acid.

LOVED THIS BOOK!!
Format: Kindle
*NO SPOILERS PART OF MY REVIEW* I was eagerly anticipating this book ever since I learned it was coming out! I watched so many TikToks about this series and it made me feel so validated in my obsession for the Off Campus series and the OC couples. Therefore, I could not wait to read The Legacy as soon as it came out. I refreshed my Kindle app and there it was! I read all night, and slept for maybe 1 hour but I finished the book within 12 hours of it being released. I was SO pleased. This book was fabulous. Though it is 4 novellas (one for each couple) Elle Kennedy did an amazing job of weaving the four stories together and making it seamless. I really appreciated the continuity throughout the whole book. Seeing the group's dynamic was a total highlight of this book. I absolutely loved that we got to see their messages in the group chat and see how their friendships have stood the test of time and distance after their college days are over. I LOVED seeing the mentions of other characters in the Briar U/ Off-Campus universe as well. It reminded me of why I love this series so much. One thing, not a real spoiler but the epilogue is only about one couple, not all 4 like I had hoped and expected. I really hope we see more from the Off-Campus/Briar U universe in the future. If you love this series, you will really enjoy this book. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING THE WHOLE SERIES. IN ORDER. INCLUDING THIS AMAZING BOOK. ****CAUTION SPOILERS AHEAD**** I appreciated that Elle Kennedy added more to Grace and Logan's story given that a version of it was already published 2 years ago (?). I really liked their story. At first I was a little annoyed that it ended on sort of a cliff hanger, but once I read the whole book, it made sense because other novellas in this book ended the same way. Allie and Dean are my favorite couple in the Off-Campus series, followed by Hannah and Garrett. Allie and Dean's story in this book was great. I really loved getting to see them together again. The main conflict/ problem in their story was surprising to me. Allie's hesitation about engagement, wedding, babies, seemed a little bit uncharacteristic of her. She is SUCH a hopeless romantic, that seeing her be apprehensive about all of those things was confusing for me as a reader and a fan. But overall, I really enjoyed seeing Dean and Allie again. I love Dean so much. He is such an innately good person and so is Allie. I'm sad that there was no "glimpse into the future" for A&D in the epilogue because I would have LOVED to see them start a little family and maybe name their son Beau since Beau Maxwell was such a big part of their story. Sabrina and Tucker's story was also great. I appreciated that the author gave them a conflict in this book that in my opinion was never really resolved/addressed in The Goal. Their communication skills as a couple was beyond bad and frustrating! Tucker's admission to Sabrina that he is unhappy in his job coming as a surprise to Sabrina was bizarre. I enjoyed seeing them as parents to a toddler, so cute! Finally, Hannah and Garrett. The original Off-Campus couple. The people that started it all. I appreciated the premise of their novella, but bringing Garrett's abusive father back into the storyline, but only in a novella was unfair. There is SO SO SO much to say and unpack with regards to that. Shoehorning it into a brief novella was frustrating as a reader because it felt like that needed to be a whole full-length book itself. And Hannah holding off on telling Garrett about the pregnancy was also strange and unlike them. Garrett switching his opinion so quickly about being a dad was way too rushed. I feel like they were a couple who was pretty good at communication so seeing how Hannah handled this situation in this book was surprising. I would have really loved to see Garrett acknowledging that he has a lot of childhood trauma to work through and process in therapy! That would have been some real character development for him. Also, the lack of a wedding for them was upsetting because I feel like they deserve that and as a reader, I would have loved to see thatI!! Lastly, The epilogue was also a bit of a let down as I expected it to be a flash forward for all 4 couples, but it was just for Hannah and Garrett and it wasn't really a flash forward at all. *END OF SPOILERS* READ THIS BOOK!!! THANK YOU ELLE KENNEDY!!!!

Epilogues that left me wanting more
Format: Paperback
Book Review *minor spoilers* 3.5 stars I absolutely ADORE the Off Campus series by Elle Kennedy. Every book was fun, spicy, and dealt with real world problems, but with happy ever afters of course! I was SO excited to read The Legacy. An extended epilogue book dedicated to these characters?? Yes, absolutely love that idea. While it was very fun catching up with our favorite couples and seeing where they're at 2 years after their stories ended in their prospective books, I felt a little let down by most of them. I think my favorite epilogue story of the 4 couples was Grace and Logan. They kicked off the book with a bang. There was humor, emotions, spice, more humor. Plus the elopement!! I only wish we could have seen that part actually play out instead of a cliffhanger and then hearing about it through other characters later on. Dean and Allie. Gosh I loved this couple so much; their book (The Score), was my favorite of the original books. But Allie's character frustrated me so much when she didn’t want to accept Dean's proposal! Come ON girl!! Sabrina and Tucker. Their book was my least favorite of the original books, largely due to the plot focused around her pregnancy. Pregnancy tropes are just not my jam. And again, least favorite epilogue couple. Tucker opening two successful bars in Boston within 2 years - wildly unrealistic. Sabrina graduating Harvard Law while pregnant and raising her daughter; somewhat more realistic. Their story in the epilogue was entertaining, but it just didn’t do it for me. And Garrett and Hannah. My OG favorite couple. I loved their epilogue. I did not love that Hannah was so afraid to tell Garrett about her surprise pregnancy. But her reasoning was *somewhat* understandable. I will read anything I can get my hands on about this couple. But I just wanted MORE. More with the storyline about Garrett going public about his father's abuse. More about Hannah's career. More about G and H being parents - tell me about their kids! At least what are their names! Overall it was a fun way to wrap up the series. While I felt left wanting more, it's safe to say I probably wouldn’t ever be fully satisfied. Can Elle Kennedy please just write endless books about this characters? K, thanks bye!

hot hockey players in love ♥️
Format: Kindle
I have enjoyed this series so much 🥰Seeing all my favorite hockey players and their ladies get their HEA in these 4 novellas just made my heart all gooey 😍. I have truly learned to love these characters and the bromance of the hockey players, as well as the sisterhood of the WAGS. I all so glad Elle Kennedy wrote a continuing series 😘. Although my preference is sweet and clean reads, these spicy romances have captured my heart with their plot development and authentic characters. That being said this book, like the others in the series, have strong language and sexually explicit material. For mature audiences only. If you are ok with that, I highly recommend this series 😉

The Perfect Conclusion!
Format: Kindle
I was a little skeptical starting this one cause I’m not usually a novella person. BIG HOWEVER! This was definitely needed because I was already starting to miss the OG Briar kids! I’m not gonna go into too much detail since this is a spoiler free account, but I’ll just give you my thoughts on each novella: Logan and Grace: this one had me kicking my feet, giggling, and SQUEALING! It was so cute from start to finish and of course there was a little spiciness🤭 no complaints about this one! Dean and Allie: In the words of Jacob Black- “SHE’S NOT SURE WHAT SHE WANTS” and it irritated the hell out of me🙄 She was absolutely infuriating in this one and couldn’t wait for this part to be over🥲 Tucker and Sabrina: There’s started off a bit flat if I’m honest. I mean, they were just kind of. . .boring. Which is a shame cause they’re my favorites out of the whole series!😭 Graham and Hannah: Of course the OGs! Loved their portion of the book, until a certain part happened😐 I feel like Garrett didn’t handle it well, but he made up for it in the end. But this one was also so sweet because it showed how supportive they are to each other in their different careers. This book wasn’t overly spicy because it was more so about life after the college world experience, which is fine. There was still a fair amount of spice and I loved what I was given!😅 Last thing I’ll say about this book: I did not expect to laugh as hard as I did reading this! I mean I was legitimately CACKLING through this entire book!😂 Overall, I really enjoyed this one and loved seeing what our favorite characters were up to after graduation.
