久違地，為大家帶來這款我很喜歡的最新創作。
這款蛋糕的構思，始於菜市場剛出現各式梨子的初秋；直至入冬轉涼，才決定好她的層次。今個冬季，我想邀請大家，一起品嚐這份季節流轉的餘溫。
每逢轉季，家裡煲湯總喜歡用梨。看著它在慢火中，煮至如琥珀般的通透質地，那種畫面特別療癒。雪梨糖水，往往帶著一種家的味道；那溫潤細膩的口感，彷彿有一種魔力，能緩解焦慮，慰藉勞碌後的疲憊身心。
為了昇華這份溫暖，我在蛋糕中配上了微量的綠豆蔻 (Cardamom)。綠豆蔻是一種很溫和的草本香料，帶點沉穩的木質調。它像是一座橋樑，將清甜的梨和明亮的檸檬，結合成一種暖暖的、複合的香氣。
處理新鮮梨肉和檸檬，是極其繁複費時的工序。 但在我看來，這種拒絕工業捷徑、堅持人性化的創作，正是小店最珍貴的奢侈。
