Suggestion for use:

For Health: Infusion with Honey and Lemon (2-3 Saffron Stigmas)

To cook: In order to better taste the flavour of saffron rice, it is advisable to use 10 stigmas for each person: with 0,5 grams of saffron you can season 800 gr of saffron rice (8 people dose)- Stigmas need to be infused in a half coffee cup of hot water for 4-8 hours. The longer the saffron will saty in infusion the better will be the final result. Cook the risotto and when it will be almost ready pour the infusion.
