DBA 4000 Series HD Brake Rotors are forged from high carbon alloyed iron and subjected to Thermal Stability Profiling, DBA's metallurgy ensures resilience against the heightened stress and heat generated during intense braking applications, delivering consistent performance and them more suitable for more aggressive driving or high-performance applications than DBA’s Street Series brake rotors.

Additionally, a large range of DBA’s 4000 Series Brake Rotors feature DBA's Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, incorporating a series of 144 diamond and teardrop-patterned pillars, that achieve an impressive 30% increase in surface area and a 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs.

All 4000 Series Brake rotors feature Thermographic heat paint markings that change colour at specific temperature thresholds to assist with the monitoring of braking temperatures and rotor fatigue.

FIRST use of ziruma french press
This is a great, clean French press with no plastic parts at all. The filter mesh is excellent, and the brew comes out very clean with minimal sediment. Quality: Good but not superb. There is visible welding on the handle (see attached picture). I was expecting it to feel heavier overall — especially the lid, which weighs only about 180g (6.3 oz). Thicker walls would make the pot heavier and give it a more premium feel. The lid could really use a lock or twist mechanism to hold it securely in place. With this one, you have to hold the lid down when pouring out the last bits. All in all, it’s a solid French press that works well for daily coffee use.
