Giallo dorato intenso e luminoso al calice. Il naso è articolato e ricco, aperto da note floreali e leggermente erbacee, poi seguite da richiami alla pesca bianca e da rimandi agrumati al cedro. Il sorso è spigliato e vivace, scattante, fresco e sapido. Lunga la persistenza.Un territorio ineguagliabile, circondato da un panorama che incanta letteralmente, con terreni ricchi di calcare utile a donare forza e vigore alle viti. È in questo contesto che nasce un Grillo dalle note seducenti, dai sentori inconfondibili e dal sorso unico, frutto del dialogo che si è venuto a creare tra la tradizione e l’innovazione. È il Grillo di Sicilia “Bertolino Soprano”, prodotto dalla cantina Mandrarossa. Fermentato in botti di cemento “tulip” e poi maturato per 11 mesi in botti di rovere francese, davvero non è un Grillo qualsiasi: è un Grillo con la “G” maiuscola.
Ottimo con i legumi, può essere stappato anche per accompagnare le carni bianche. Da scegliere insieme con il fegato di coniglio in padella.

Last about a year ishhh

Plastic mold isn’t as straight as it should be, the clips don’t line up like oem. Product is wiggly. Had on car for over half a year.
Hasn’t faded. Just wish the fitment was better.
Update: the grill lasted about 1 1/2 years, it began to fade, and I had a slat crack, no evidence of impact. I ended up buying a better made product and replaced this grill.
