The site is impressive too, with a roundhouse and shops. I highly recommend visiting Savannah, GA and highly recommend visiting the Georgia State Railroad Museum.
This is a photo of a drive wheel on Central of Georgia locomotive No. 223, a 2-8-0, a Consolidation type locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in Philadelphia, PA in 1907. A little bit of Philly in the deep South!
