Straight-up support for your liver, cholesterol, blood flow, and prostate

Enhanced Organ Health is a straightforward organ support supp that hits the spots hit hardest by intense training, big eating, extra weight, stims, and pushing your limits. It doesn't rely on one magic ingredient. Instead, it spreads the love across heart health, fighting oxidation, liver care, blood flow, and prostate support. Best part? Total transparency—no hidden blends, every dose is clear and meaningful.

You've got 400mcg Vitamin K2 as MK-7, which is a solid amount from heart and bone studies. MK-7 helps move calcium to bones instead of soft spots like arteries. Heads up: this dose is no joke if you're on warfarin or similar meds that mess with vitamin K.

600mg N-Acetyl Cysteine is on the lighter side of effective doses, but it's a smart pick. NAC turns into glutathione, your body's top antioxidant inside cells, and it's great for liver and stress support. Basically, it helps handle the daily grind of tough training and living hard.

500mg Citrus bergamot extract stands out for heart and cholesterol help. It's packed with polyphenols—plant compounds studied for better cholesterol handling and blood vessel function. This is a real dose for daily use, making the supp feel legit, not just for show.

300mg Garlic extract, 300mg grape seed extract (95% proanthocyanidins), and 300mg hawthorn berry extract make up the main blood flow team. Garlic helps keep blood pressure and vessel tone in check. Grape seed's pro

Enhanced Organ Health by Enhanced contains 400mcg Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) (MK-7), a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 400mcg Vitamin K2 as MK-7 — a strong dose of this long-lasting form for heart and bone support. It helps your body put calcium where it belongs, like in bones, not arteries. Great for anyone thinking about long-term health beyond just today's workout.
  • 600mg NAC — hits the low end of effective doses for boosting glutathione and fighting liver stress or oxidation. This is your base antioxidant and liver helper, super useful if you're training hard or under stress.
  • 500mg Citrus Bergamot Extract (20:1) — a key player for heart and cholesterol support. Its polyphenols help with cholesterol processing and keeping blood vessels working right, making this a solid choice in an organ supp.
  • 300mg Garlic Extract — a go-to for heart health at a real dose, not just a dash. It supports good blood pressure, circulation, and vessel tone, beefing up the formula's cardio side.
  • 300mg Grape Seed Extract with 95% proanthocyanidins — strong antioxidant that helps blood vessels. These compounds protect your vessel lining from stress and keep nitric oxide and elasticity on point.
  • 300mg Hawthorn Berry Extract — an old-school herb that's still relevant for blood flow supps. It helps with heart function and getting blood to where it needs to go, pairing well with garlic, grape seed, and bergamot.
  • 200mg Milk Thistle Seed Extract — a reliable liver supporter thanks to its silymarin, which protects liver cells. It's decent alone, but with NAC, it makes for better overall liver defense.
  • 200mg Saw Palmetto Extract — takes this beyond basic antioxidants to guy-specific prostate support. It's known for helping keep prostate function smooth, especially for men over 30 building a full health stack.

Enhanced Organ Health by Enhanced contains 400mcg Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) (MK-7), a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in long bulks eating huge and gaining weight. The mix of citrus bergamot, garlic, grape seed, hawthorn, and NAC fits for handling heart strain, oxidation, and liver load proactively.
  • Enhanced athletes on orals, high-androgen runs, or stressful setups wanting clear capsule support. NAC and milk thistle back the liver, while bergamot and vessel ingredients tackle cholesterol and pressure.
  • Strength guys over 35 training hard but eyeing long-term health. Vitamin K2 MK-7, hawthorn, garlic, and grape seed help protect heart function while you push output.
  • Men wanting one supp for heart, liver, flow, and prostate without multiple bottles. 200mg saw palmetto adds real guy support over basic antioxidants.
  • High-stress folks training intense, using stims often, knowing recovery's more than rest and food. NAC, bergamot, and polyphenol extracts help systems hit by constant stress and training.
  • Off-season power or physique athletes focused on keeping health in range over gym feels. This maintains blood pressure, flow, and liver for sustainable progress.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules daily as your full dose. Best with a meal that has fat—K2 is fat-soluble, and NAC, garlic, plus herbs are easier on the gut with food. Sensitive stomach? Start with 2 caps for a few days, build to 4, or split into twice daily. No point taking pre-workout—nothing here kicks in fast for energy. Stacks great with fish oil, creatine, magnesium, vitamin D, and a good multi. On heart, blood pressure, blood thinner, or prostate meds? Garlic, hawthorn, MK-7, and saw palmetto can interact, so check with your doc first. No cycling—keep it consistent. Store cool and dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: no buzz, no energy spike—this is health support, not a performance hitter. Day 1 gets the ingredients in your system, especially with a meal for comfort and absorption. Days 3-7: you might just feel good knowing you're covering heart and liver bases, but it's subtle—no stim feel. Weeks 2-4: that's when steady use really supports your antioxidants, liver, vessels, and prostate. Long-term, it's about staying resilient through tough routines, judged by how you hold up, not a quick high.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Enhanced Organ Health actually support?

This formula is designed to support multiple systems that matter to hard-training adults: liver health, cardiovascular function, circulation, antioxidant defense, calcium metabolism, and prostate health. NAC and milk thistle anchor the liver side, while citrus bergamot, garlic, grape seed, hawthorn, MK-7, and policosanol focus more on cardiovascular and vascular support.

How much NAC is in each serving?

Each full 4-capsule serving provides 600mg of N-Acetyl Cysteine. That sits at the low end of clinically relevant oral dosing and is a meaningful amount for glutathione support and hepatic defense.

Is this just a liver support supplement?

No. It absolutely includes liver-support ingredients like NAC and milk thistle, but the formula is broader than that. Citrus bergamot, garlic, grape seed, hawthorn, MK-7, and policosanol give it a strong cardiovascular and circulation-focused identity, while saw palmetto adds male prostate support.

Does this contain any proprietary blends?

No. One of the formula’s biggest strengths is full label transparency. Every active ingredient and every dose is clearly disclosed, which is still better than many products in the organ-support category.

When should I take Enhanced Organ Health?

Take the full 4-capsule serving daily with a meal, ideally one that contains some dietary fat to support vitamin K2 absorption. If your stomach is sensitive, split the serving into 2 capsules twice daily.

Will I feel this working right away?

Not in the way you feel a pre-workout. This is a cumulative support formula, so the value comes from consistent daily use over weeks, not an acute sensation in the first 30 minutes.

Is the 400mcg dose of vitamin K2 high?

Yes, it is a robust dose of MK-7 and sits above the amount used in many cardiovascular and bone-support studies. That makes it a meaningful inclusion, but it also means anyone on warfarin or other vitamin K antagonist medications needs to avoid self-prescribing it.

Why is citrus bergamot included at 500mg?

Because bergamot is one of the most useful ingredients in this category for lipid-focused cardiovascular support. Its polyphenols have been studied for supporting healthy cholesterol metabolism and endothelial function, so 500mg is a serious, purposeful inclusion.

What is policosanol doing in this formula?

Policosanol is included at 40mg as an additional cardiovascular support ingredient. The evidence on lipid effects is mixed, so it should be viewed as a supportive add-on rather than the formula’s main driver, which is a more honest assessment than treating it like a statin replacement.

Can women use this product?

Mechanistically, many ingredients support general cardiovascular and antioxidant health in either sex, but the product is clearly framed toward male organ support because it includes saw palmetto. Pregnant or nursing women should not use it, and women looking for a more neutral wellness formula may prefer an option without prostate-focused ingredients.

OBSESSED!!!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves the flowers. I do wish the paper was a little better quality. I think it would help make the pictures pop more. Regardless, this book is worth every penny. I haven't found anything else like it. The book is clear, concise, and isn't bogged down with too many details - just the facts m'am. It's a perfect starting reference to send someone down 101 different rabbit holes. I hope someday he puts out a hardback version on thick, slick paper with beautiful, glossy photographs. That would be lovely. For now, this will more than suffice. You get just enough about each artifact to get you going. From there, you can decide how to use your favorite search engine.

A great reference for Biblical factual archeology
Format: Paperback
I just received this book and I am so excited. It is a great tool and reference for Biblical studies. Each artifact has a great photograph next to the quick eye catching dates, discovery, period, keywords and Biblical passage. Then a brief but to the point description. It is simple and effective. Very easy to refer when reading your Bible or if you are just interested in archeology. Each artifact is about 2 pages and nothing more which is perfect for references. What a great book!

Great information and pictures
Format: Paperback
Great information on Biblical sites, beautiful pictures, and a pretty book as well. I gave several of these to my family for Christmas. Everyone seemed to love them. The only thing I will caution you about is that the book is small.

Knowledgeable and delectable book.
Format: Paperback
This book shows an excellent archaeological evidence of the Bible accuracy of places, names, events, etc. and proving for the Christians that the Bible is a historical document as well as the inspired inerrant word of God. The majority of the book is interesting and delectable, I mean, the pages where the author presents archaeological facts such as the artifacts and their correlation with people, places times, events and practices recorded in the Bible. But I do not like when the author make personal assumptions and do not present any proof of that. He says: it probably be…. it may be… Here I show three cases of this conjectures;: 1.The author seems to affirm that the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, or at least, the name of this event, was derived from the Roman triumph celebration. He says (page 231), regarding to the Roman Empire and the life of Jesus: “By the time of Jesus, the requirements and meaning of a triumphal entry had shifted slightly from its earlier roots associating it with a conquering hero, as it became even more significant and representative of kingship and divinity”. He continues to say: “In ancient Roman culture, a triumphant victor, known as vir triumphalis (“man of triumph”) would enter the city in a celebration parade wearing the laurel wreath and a purple garment, which identified him with the royal and the divine, while riding in a chariot pulled by four horses, alluding to Sol the sun god”.  But if we compare the Roman triumph celebration with the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem described in the Bible, it is not derived from the Roman culture but is the exact fulfillment of the prophesy of Zechariah 9:9. I do not see any correlation between the two celebration; Jesus did not ride a horse but a donkey to signify peace, meekness and humility. It was not a pompous entrance of a conquering hero or king wearing a expensive garment and royal crown. 2.Even though, it is not possible to identify the location of the tomb of Jesus with absolute certainty; the author states (page 199) that the tomb of Jesus is located at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre possible based on “the restoration work to the edicule and an arcosolium tomb from the Roman period found in the church of the Holy Sepulchre”. The author also affirms without giving any proof that: “Christians in Jerusalem then passed down a continuous memory of the location of the tomb (of Jesus) from the time of the burial and resurrection in AD33 until construction of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre was started in about AD326”. But where are the records of that time? The author probably based his statement on Eusebius who lived in the 3rd and 4th centuries AD. According to the history , the Church of the Holy Sepulchre was built by the Roman Emperor Constantine around 326 AD, when her mother the Queen Helena, wanted to replace the pagan temples with Christian churches; she met the Bishop Macarious of Jerusalem who determined the location where Jesus had been buried at the place where was a temple to the Greek goddess Venus. At the beginning of the construction of the church, a rock-cut tomb was found there and an edicule was built to protect the site. But later the edicule was destroyed and rebuild. More tombs has been found under this church. How to be sure or verify that this rock-cut tomb was the one where Jesus was buried? 3.The author is biased with respect to the Masoretic Text, he make a statement but does not support it with any evidence in this regard. Writing about the Dead Sea Scrolls (Page 173) he states: “And certain passages in the Masoretic text seem to have been intentionally modified to match ideas and theology of medieval Judaism.” it is a bad accusation.
