It can be used stand alone by sliding directly into the awning rail on your vehicle, or can be attached to your awning (depends upon year of manufacturer). Made in Germany it is produced to the very highest standards and uses the excellent HydroTech RipStop material which gives yo premium performance but helps keep the weight down. The fabric gives you excellent UV protection as well as a high waterproof rating and is protected against UV damage helping it last longer and look amazing for years to come.It comes with three telescopic poles and guy lines which means it is simplicity itself to erect, so much so it can easily be done by a single person in a matter of minutes. This is the 470 cm wide version of the canopy and is made to fit the Galaxy, Pluto size 8 and Ceres 9 awnings.

This book completely blew my mind as it broadened my horizons on the opportunities to be found in real estate investing from the other side of the transaction...as the lender rather than the borrower. Feeling fully inspired and mission-aligned with the idea of private money lending, I delved into the nitty gritty. The book provides just the right amount of detail and actionable information without being overwhelming. I'll stop writing so you can go order the book and start reading IT instead of this review. You won't be disappointed...even if you pursue some other aspect of real estate investing you will understand both sides of the lending transaction more holistically and walk away a better investor.
