HTP® AMERICA Pro Pulse 220 Closeout sale!! Get this machine at a great price-once it's gone it's gone! Please note that we will still support this machine for at least 10 years with internal repair parts and accessories.

Have a certification coming up for 1.0 /1.2mm 5356 or 5554 Aluminum?  Or are you in need of a machine for MIG Brazing Silicon Bronze? The Pro Pulse® 220 Collision repair package has got you covered.  This package has the current Pro Pulse® 220 programs but adds 3 new programs: 4043 .040 Pulsed and PAW wire, 5356 .040 Pulsed and PAW programs and 5554 .040 Pulse and PAW programs. (Please note-you might need to pick up an extra roll of wire as back up for the test)

The Pro Pulse® 220 MTS—a multi-process machine capable of MIG, synergic MIG, synergic pulsed MIG, DC TIG, and Stick—offers a manual mode as well as 22 synergic programs, both with and without pulse, giving you the advantage of a virtually spatter free weld! Parameter selection on pulsed process welders can be complex, but the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS features synergic technology, making parameter selection more intuitive and automatic. In fact, the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS, with its three-step process, makes setup a breeze and gets you welding in minutes—simply select your process, wire diameter, and material thickness during automated setup. The 8 square inch LCD featured on the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS adds to setup simplicity by telling you which gas your application requires; the LCD also enables you to easily view and adjust your weld parameters.

The Pro Pulse® 220 MTS also offers ST-arc. The ST-arc function reads welding parameters back to the welding machine live (while welding), and monitors and keeps the arc length constant, while allowing the stick-out (contact tip to work distance) to vary. ST-arc, essentially, allows the new welder to focus on the location of the weld, as well as the travel speed, and also allows the experienced welder to keep a perfectly uniform bead and uniform heat input, which enables the welder to achieve good welds in tight corners—a feat that couldn't be reached previously with conventional welding equipment.

The Pro Pulse® 220 MTS also allows you to set and store up to 30 different weld jobs, and with the Trigger Job function, you can apply three of the 30 different weld jobs to the welding gun trigger—simply depress the trigger to call up each job. Essentially, with the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS, you get multiple, highly specialized MIG welders in one compact and light-weight package. And with the addition of a TIG welding torch and remote control, the versatile Pro Pulse® 220 MTS also functions as a lift-arc, DC TIG welder.

Here at HTP®, we pre-programmed the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS with 22 synergic programs (both pulse and non-pulse) and one classic, fully manual program, each geared toward welding applications using mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, silicon bronze, or flux-cored wires.

Pulse welding on mild steel (only available for .030 wire) gives you excellent penetration, due to the extremely hot spray arc, and also gives you perfect puddle control for both in- and out-of-position welding. Remarkably, the Pro Pulse 220 MTS, when used on clean material, provides a virtually spatter free weld—from start to finish—which results in a very smooth bead appearance, with no need for cleanup.

You can also weld aluminum with or without pulse. Our advanced, synergic programs and the Swiss-made wire feed assembly featured on the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS enable you to feed aluminum wire with repeatable precision through our standard MIG welding gun. The ability to maintain a stable and smooth arc at 22 amps allows you to weld aluminum as thin as 1/32" (0.031"). Our pre-programmed Double Pulse program allows you to make "MIG like TIG" welds with the desired "stack of dimes" look. And for all welders who are in a hurry and never have time to preheat aluminum, the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS features a built-in hot start function, which lets you set a predetermined amount of time that you weld at a hotter setting before switching back to your standard setting. We also incorporated a crater fill function for aluminum welding, which minimizes crater cracks in your welds. Since 4043 and 5356 aluminum alloys feed and weld differently, the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS comes set up with programs for both.

In addition to mild steel and aluminum, we also included programs that allow you to pulse weld stainless steel. Again, pulse welding stainless steel provides nearly spatter free welding. We also included the option to adjust pre- and post-flow gas, as well as slope down for MIG, which allows your stainless welds to turn out "like TIG".

And for those who weld galvanized steel or sheet metal, we included a silicon bronze program that allows you to weld silicon bronze with a pulsed spray arc. A pulsed spray arc enables you to weld galvanized steel or sheet metal without melting the zinc coating or without distorting the sheet metal. Lastly, we included gas-less flux-cored programs, as well as gas shielded flux-cored programs for your structural welding and fabrication needs. A simple polarity reversal on the front of the machine allows you to weld using flux-cored wire without shielding gas. You also want to reverse polarity for TIG welding.

A light-weight design makes the Pro Pulse® 220 MTS the ideal MIG for use both in the workshop and on the job site, and the multi-process nature of the machine offers nearly endless possibilities when welding.

Please note: We test all 26 Series MIG guns for welding aluminum prior to shipment so you may notice slight signs of wear or use.

Great WFH screen for video calls
Color: Black, Size: 22"- 4 Panel
I share a workspace with my hubs since we both work from home. I have the attention span of a 🐿️ and need this so I can focus on my work and not get distracted by him, since he is very amusing to watch. This screen is very lightweight and the panels can move and create a little cubicle around your workspace. I personally loved cubicles & despise open space seating, even at home. The ADHDer in my loves being able to block things away from my field of vision. These panels also hide any mess behind you, especially if you forget to blur the background on Teams or Zoom calls or if you don’t have the option to change your backgrounds. This was fairly easy to put together and very easy to move and adjust. The screen is a much better option than a sheet as I’ve seen others use on calls.🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I’m not sure how it will stand up around rambunctious pets or kids, but fairly certain it takes quite a push to knock it over. We have four cats & I’m pretty sure someone would try to climb this, which is why they’re not allowed in our workspace.

Difficult to assemble, but a good basic divider
Color: Beige, Size: 22"- 4 Panel
I bought this to use as a background for when I have video calls. I wish I'd ordered the 6- or even 8-panel to block a little more, but that's my own error. It still covers a good portion of the room, so I'll make do, or maybe buy another at a later date to expand it. It looks ok, if a little plain. The fabric panels have creases in them from being folded and will need to be steamed or ironed out for a nicer look. It would be easy to make your own panels as well, if you're so inclined. The construction is decent. The frame is lightweight and if you don't angle the base supports the right way it may tip over if you extend it too far. The fabric panels aren't the highest quality, but are sturdy enough. They seem like they would handle being thrown in the wash well. The only issue I have with it is that it was so difficult to put together. The push latches that connect the poles don't push it well and hurt my hands. The fabric panels are sized to be extremely taut, which makes it very difficult to get them on the bars without forcing the bar to bend slightly. Overall, this is a good divider if you're looking for something simple and functional without being too worried about aesthetic. It's also a good, inexpensive base if you want to make your own custom panels.

Great Room divider
Color: Beige, Size: 34"- 3 Panel
Works well in separating my kids play area from my computer/office room. Easy to put together, height is perfect somewhat sturdy, looks great, light weight, not good if you are using it as a door, but if it is to stay in place than it is stable enough.

Exactly what I needed
Color: Black, Size: 34"- 3 Panel, Color: Black, Size: 34"- 3 Panel
It was easy to put together even without a power drill. Completely opaque. Only a very small slit between poles. I plan to add black electrical tape, but that's because I don't want nosies peeking through to see my screen. The height is beautiful. I was afraid it wouldn't be as tall as I needed. But it is perfect. I share a small office with a good buddy of mine. People passing by our door is distracting and invites them to speak to me. I needed something that would stop the former and prevent the latter, especially when I'm deep in concentration mode. The two panels are enough to block outsiders and the third panel I will employ when I can't even be disturbed by my officemate. It's the fastest and easiest signal not to disrupt me at all. 10/10

Packaging contents
Color: Grey, Size: 34"- 3 Panel
Item is as described however this one appeared to be open and some parts possibly used. Example pole packaging mislabeled one had the letter K as a part there is no letter K item in the instructions. Another pole part had a taped on letter A which is completely different from the others thus indicating that it was opened or substituted. Finally after the partition was completely put together one of the bottom screw connection anchors came out making the partition unable to stand. I'm going to have to rig something up in order to get the anchor connected to the bottom panel. In closure the partion could be very acceptable and do the job if it was new and parts labeled correctly. I have pictures of all parts and packaging errors. Would buy again if new. I'm going to pursue some kind of compensation.
