Experience the exceptional craftsmanship of the Yoshihiro Ginsan Maguro Bocho, featuring a blade length of 17.7 inches (450 mm). This Yanagi-style knife allows you to enjoy the superior edge retention and sharpness of high carbon steel without the concerns of discoloration or rust. Thanks to recent advancements in metallurgy, this next-generation steel is specifically engineered to excel in fast-paced, high-demand environments, minimizing the hassle of oxidation.

Ginsan steel blends traditional knife-making techniques with modern metallurgy, offering a breakthrough in high carbon and stain-resistant properties. With a Rockwell hardness rating of 62-63, Ginsan knives uniquely combine the qualities of traditional Japanese high carbon blades with the advantages of stainless steel. The term Hongasumi, meaning "true mist," describes the stunning mist-like patterns formed on the blade during forging, showcasing the artistry involved. Crafted by master artisans, Ginsan steel produces knives of the highest quality, perfect for rigorous culinary tasks.

The Maguro Bocho is an exceptionally long knife, specially designed for filleting tuna and other large fish in a single, fluid motion. Commonly found in renowned Japanese fish markets, such as Tsukiji Market, this knife is often wielded by experts to achieve precision fillets.

What sets our Yoshihiro Ginsan Maguro Bocho apart is its rarity and exquisite finishing. Unlike standard Maguro Bochos that typically exhibit rough finishes and imperfections, our knife boasts a meticulously polished surface and a straight blade, enhancing both its functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Included with the knife is a custom-matched protective wooden sheath, known as a Saya, which not only safeguards the blade but also enhances its visual appeal when displayed. This unique combination of quality and craftsmanship makes the Yoshihiro Ginsan Maguro Bocho an unparalleled choice for chefs and collectors alike.

Inexpensive doesn’t mean cheap.
Color: Black/Orange
After 10 months, zero complaints. Well, I got rid of the horrible NATO strap 🙄. That’s a personal preference. Easy to swap out to whatever you like. Keeps accurate time meaning it’s the same time. I’m not micro analyzing it and the seconds gained/lost. It has a confident look and feel and makes you feel good when wearing it. Sure it’s not high priced but it’s not cheap. Very comfortable, light and not unincumbered. If this is what you’re looking at, you’d be satisfied. Great looking, durable and simple watch. Full confidence.

Budget Seiko Prospex this is not
Color: Black/Orange
Bought this as a cheap work watch, but I guess all the budget went into the solar technology. No date adjust feature, gotta crank the crown over and over to adjust the date. (Also no screw-down crown, but that's expected at this price) Fake diver bezel. Lol why? Cringe as heck. Should of just put a compass bezel on there instead tbh. Cheap plastic crystal, scratches and mars just by looking at it. Okay NATO strap. Falls apart quickly, but it's easily replaceable with a better quality one. Decent lume on the hands, but none on the hour markers even though it looks like there is. Looks cool.

Simplicity
Color: Black/Orange
This watch was received exactly as advertised. First off the watch is economical compared to other watches that advertise the same details. I will say that I have gone through numerous Luminox watches only to be disappointed. This watch fits the bill. It does have solar cells which mean it needs to be exposed to light to keep running, not a problem. Three minutes under my surefire light I am golden. The bezel doesn't rotate actually no big deal for me. I have always required that the bezel moves not anymore after having a bezel that rotates I use it next to never. Here's why, the more I rotate the bezel the more the numbers wear off. The strap on the watch with the catches for the strap are perfect. They actually hold the watch strap in place in lieu of like other big name brands that just flop and slide. As far as everyday use goes this watch is my go to. To be honest I have purchased three. This is the only watch I will wear moving forward, yeah the glass my scratch but even the big names like the Luminox I spoke of earlier scratches too.

Love this Dress Shirt
These are my favorite white dress shirts. Unfortunately, not always in stock. Hard to find. Fits comfortably. Easy to wash and almost wrinkle free after each wash. I barely have to iron them. Fabric is thick, not transparent at all but still breathable. Price you pay was set perfectly according to the quality of the fabric.

Dressy Shirt, Casual Price
This slim fit Van Heusen has a fair price, but the feel of a fancy shirt. It's lightweight and has a bit of a glossy sheen. Despite all the negative reviews about the cut being too bulky in the middle, this fits me to a T. I'm pretty slim -- at 6' 140# -- and, while slightly generous in shoulder width and sleeve length, the shirt tapers at the waist very nicely. If tail length is the problem, SHIRT STAYS are a cheap, simple solution. Some reviews also complained about wrinkles. Well, DRY CLEAN -- because yeah, if you're tossing a cotton/poly shirt into a washer and dryer, it will get wrinkly. I pressed the shirt off using an IRON without any problem. In fact, this shirt seemed easier to press than others. Great shirt. Good deal.
