We’ve reimagined the kit to focus on what truly matters — the harmony between fine Colombian cacao and an exceptional coffee from Quindío, one of Colombia’s most iconic coffee-growing regions. By shifting to a generous serving of a premium coffee paired with exotic local ingredients, we invite you to slow down and savor. This thoughtful pairing lets you fully explore the nuances of each bonbon — from vibrant tropical fruits like gulupa (Colombian passion fruit) and corozo (a native wild berry) to hand-prepared infusions of caramelized Vanilla planifolia and local highland honey — ingredients that are celebrated within Colombia for their distinctive flavors, yet remain a hidden gem to much of the world. The Chocolate

Each bonbon is a tribute to its traceable origin. Hand-painted and finished with a delicate touch of 24K gold leaf, these bonbons include award-winning chocolate and fillings made from scratch in our workshop.

All bonbons are crafted exclusively from Colombian single-origin cacao, ethically sourced and expertly transformed into fine chocolate —  which have earned recognition at the International Chocolate Awards. This collection offers a sensorial journey through some of Colombia’s most diverse and enchanting regions.

The Coffee — A Taste of Tradition

To complement the chocolates, we partnered with Café Quindío, a family-founded coffee roaster with over 30 years of experience and a pioneer in Colombian coffee culture. Rather than offering small samplings, Origin & Tradition now features a generous serving of a single, premium coffee, allowing you to savor multiple cups and explore the nuances of each bonbon pairing.

Café Quindío’s legacy is built on care — for the land, the farmers, and the coffee itself. Their beans are harvested in the heart of Colombia’s coffee region and roasted to highlight their natural sweetness, floral notes, and balanced acidity — the perfect companion to our curated chocolate selection.
