The square shape has proven to be more comfortable to hold than round needles due to the flat sides with rounded corners which means less hand, wrist, finger, and even shoulder strain because the grip feels more secure and thus more relaxed. 

Made with the same hypoallergenic stainless steel and point design, the QUADS have the same weight and yarn glide as the round TWIST tips.

There are a lot of pros to this product which include: moisturizing and stays moisturized all day, made my PIE marks (post acne marks) fade a lot faster. Repairs my skin barrier, especially while using tretinoin nightly, not too thick but thick enough to keep my face hydrated. It does not have a smell. The cons are: slight burn for about 15 seconds but disappears, it pills if I apply too much. It does pill less if I pat it on my face versus rubbing; it does not pill when I apply liquid foundation. I just have to let it dry for 15-20 mins before applying makeup. I found the pros to overpower the cons and will continue to use this product.
