Protect the barbell knurling
The sturdy Sandwich J-Hooks with a flat opening and UHMW plastic inlays will protect your barbell knurling to keep its sharpness and keep it in great condition without any wearing or scratching. With 4kg each, they stay in place and hold themselves down. The approx. 6.5cm long contact surface and the relatively flat hook make it easier to rack the barbell.
Two different sizes: 60mm and 75mm
The two different sizes each fit the corresponding upright dimensions. So, the 60mm J-Hooks fits all our 60mm x 60mm and the 75mm J-Hooks fit all our 75mm x 75mm rigs and cages. The forward facing bolt makes it easy to adjust to the desired height.
Replaceable J-Hook inserts
The UHMW plastic inserts can be replaced when they have worn down to the point where the barbell would touch the metal parts of the J-hook. They are attached with three 6mm hex key screws and a 17mm cap nut.
