He is holding the legendary shield, the symbol of his friend, partner, and ally in Earth`s greatest group of heroes, the Avengers. Even without the physical enhancements of the super serum which his predecessor received, he was chosen by Steve Rogers to continue his legacy because, in his own words, his greatest power is to believe that he can always do something better. In his new outfit, with stars and stripes, with the colors of the flag of the nation he represents, he stares at his target through translucent red lenses. He prepares to take flight with his powerful metallic wings on a base that resembles the eaves of a building. Iron Studios presents this imposing new statue, "Captain America Sam Wilson (Complete Version) - Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Legacy Replica 1/4", Marvel`s new sentinel of liberty.

Sam Wilson, a former air force military, showed his wings for the first time on the MCU in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014). The character, played by Anthony Mackie, used the wings of experimental flight equipment and assumed the code name Falcon, joining the Avengers. Along with an accompanying drone called the Red Wing, an homage to the eponymous bird and the hero`s mascot in the comics, he defended Earth against Thanos and his minions of the Black Order.

In the series "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" by Disney+ after a lot of reluctance, Sam decides to assume the post of the new Captain America. With his winged jetpack, Falcon EXO-7, Wilson is capable of flying at high speed, with an enhanced degree of maneuverability and agility, similar to a bird of prey. His EXO-7 combat goggles, updated by the Wakandan Design Group, allow him to view multiple spectra, see distant or small objects to be seen with the naked eye, heat signatures as well as footprints. An expert fighter and strategist, he trained hard to use the indestructible shield, like Rogers, and combined with his flying skills, made him a formidable fighter.

Sam Wilson will again be the protagonist of Captain America`s fourth solo film. We can expect to see the hero facing new adventures. Collectors and fans can now pre-order this fantastic statue, which will also feature a pair of interchangeable open wings. One more statue added to the collection of great figures from the Legacy Replica 1/4 line from Iron Studios. Check also the versions "Captain America Sam Wilson (Open Wings Version) - Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Legacy Replica 1/4" and "Captain America Sam Wilson (Closed Wings Version) - Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Legacy Replica 1/4".

Powerful for the presenter
Format: Paperback
My boss's boss recently told me that our organization's presentations are boring data dumps that make her wish she was somewhere other than there listening but not really hearing or caring about this slide and dreading the next. She suggested that since I was going to be doing a lot of presentations in the future I should avoid that method and do better presentations. I immediately sought advice from our best presenter and learned that his method came from his gut feelings about what worked better. He has good instincts but to codify what he explained I decided to buy a book to learn why his approach works. The closest book with an effective explanation I could find is "beyond bullet points". It captured and expanded on the instinct my new mentor explained so that I could now understand how to use the slides to supplement the story and how to interweave the data so the whole presentation is more meaningful and memorable. I recommend this book to anyone looking for more of an answer on how to improve their presentations and eliminate the data dump in bullet points.

Great for Presentation Education
Format: Paperback
It has been some time since I have utilized Beyond Bullet Points, but this is one text book that kept with me. The point of the book is to help a presenter get their point across to the audience through Powerpoint presentations, and the book does this well. I am sure there are editions other than this one at this point, and I would definitely recommend looking into them in order to keep up to date. Starting with this book is a great idea due to its simplicity.

This book will make a difference in your presentation.
Format: Paperback
If you rely on Powerpoint-like presentation in your work, get Cliff Atkinson's Beyond Bullet Points. I had determined that improving my company's presentations had potentially very high returns so I started poking around the net and Amazon for resources to help. At first, I struck out with books that were supposed to improve presentations, but ended up being guides on technically how to use Powerpoint. That was NOT what I was looking for. Beyond Bullet Points is very different. It is a philosophy about creating presentations whose purpose is to communicate a story, not dump information. Frankly, it was not intuitive for me so I had to decide to just trust that it would work. When I was about ¾ finished, I started to really "feel" what I was doing. And, to my surprise, the most unlikely people really liked the result. In a world where most business and how-to books are nothing more that restating what you already know (or, what you know isn't true), this one is an exception. I highly recommend it!
