The Centerforce(R) DFX(R) Clutch Series is the competition-proven clutch package for select import and domestic applications. This DFX series is engineered for competition standards of quality and craftsmanship. The DFX series is aimed at high-end applications that continually demand increased integrity and holding-capacity. DFX scores big, not only with holding-capacity and strength, but also provides some of the best drivability from a race-inspired single disc clutch. The DFX series features the patented Centerforce centrifugal weight system (where applicable) and retains an easy pedal effort, thanks to Centerforce's patented ball bearing actuated diaphragm, for smooth engagements without detriment to the vehicle's release components. The Centerforce DFX performance clutch system is SFI approved for competition with Nodular Iron pressure plate rings and reinforcements designed to help prevent drive strap breakage and safety. Cost effective

Nice, cost effective material. It stuck nicely to the door and was fairly easy to use. The grid marks on the back made it easy to cut. I would not rank it up with other materials in sound and heat isolation, but it did cut down the overall vibrations on the door panels and I did not feel heat immediately from the floor area as i did with bare metal. If you are working with a budget and want modest improvement, this material will work well over most stock materials.

Good value and sticks well

For $14 for 8.7 square feet, this was more than enough to cover the important parts of the trunk of my 944. You DON'T need a roller to apply this, just strong hands and a well prepped surface. I vacuumed, lightly washed, then used 90% alcohol to clean the surface before applying. I could have used more and covered every inch, but there is diminishing returns in doing so (especially on a budget, or with a lower wattage sound system in my opinion). If this stuck as well as it did for me in a 45° garage, then it should stick just fine for you too. I will say, it is a little cheap feeling, but for the price I can't complain. There is an audible difference when knocking on the panels this material is applied to. I'm not a professional though, and if you're an audiophile, there are better options (but prepare to empty your wallet). Not sure I would do an entire vehicle with this material, but it is a great supplement.

Excellent product. Strong adhesive and foam cover with silver aluminum barrier. Easy to handle and install. Cuts with razor type cutter without problems. Has inch measurements on paper side to help with fitting. Good value for cost.

Good value for my application

I wanted this product for heat and sound installation. Worked well for my application of insulating Jeep floorboards. Easy to work with. Good adhesion. I may have went for a little thicker material. But it's better than only carpet. That's what Jeeps have so it worked great for me. Good value for the money, I like the size of the squares since I needed to do a lot of trimming anyway.
