These earrings were created by using a combination of dichroic and plain glass. The glass was cut and then layered before being heated in a kiln to fully fuse the glass. It was then set in a quality sterling silver plated setting.  The setting is nickel & lead free and the ear nut is silicone so it is latex free.

Some of the glass in this item has a dichroic coating.  This coating causes the glass to transmit one color and reflect another color.  The colors may shift depending on how the glass is held in the light. This is what gives it an almost magical appearance. Because of this color shift, dichroic glass is very difficult to photograph to accurately show the true color and beauty. Color intensity may vary.

The glass cabochons in the earrings measure about 10mm (see all pictures for better idea of overall size).  They will ship in a lovely gift box with an organza ribbon.
