Classic herbal water dropper with a light 75mg caffeine kick

Black Magic Supply Dry Spell is a chill, low-stim capsule that helps you drop water weight fast. It's all about looking drier and tighter. This isn't a fat burner or a pump-up pre-workout. It's straight-up for shedding fluid to improve your look when water's holding you back.

It kicks off with 50mg vitamin B6, way more than you need daily. B6 helps with fluid balance, which is why it's popular in drying supps. Then there's 200mg calcium carbonate, 100mg magnesium oxide, and 90mg potassium citrate to support electrolytes as you lose water. These aren't huge doses, and magnesium oxide isn't the easiest form for your body to absorb. But potassium is key here since fluid changes can mess with it.

The main blend is proprietary herbal diuretics: juniper berry, dandelion root extract, horsetail 4:1 extract, Camellia sinensis extract standardized to 50% polyphenols, uva ursi leaf, guarana extract, and alfalfa leaf. These are the go-to herbs for this. Dandelion is famous for making you pee more and cutting down on temporary bloat. Juniper and uva ursi are old-school picks for drying out. Horsetail fits right in for physique goals, and green tea with guarana adds a soft energy boost and that lighter vibe people talk about.

BMS Dry Spell by Black Magic Supply contains 50mg Vitamin B6, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 75mg natural caffeine from green tea — super low compared to most fat burners. Caffeine works great overall, but here it's just for a mild pick-me-up, not a hardcore burn.
  • Proprietary herbal diuretic blend with staples like dandelion, juniper, horsetail, and uva ursi. These are tried-and-true for dropping water quick, so you look tighter and less bloated.
  • Dandelion root extract is in there — one of the top herbs for fighting temporary water hold. It's a must-have in these kinds of supps because it nails that drier appearance.
  • Juniper berry is part of the mix — a classic for shedding water in bodybuilding stacks. It shows this is all about short-term dryness, not everyday performance.
  • Horsetail 4:1 extract brings a strong herbal punch, used a lot in drying routines. The 4:1 means it's concentrated, but since it's in a prop blend, we don't know the exact mg.
  • Camellia sinensis extract with 50% polyphenols gives you green tea antioxidants plus the caffeine. It makes the whole thing feel smoother than supps loaded with synthetic stims.
  • Guarana extract boosts the energy side beyond just the green tea caffeine. It might make the stim feel stronger than 75mg suggests, especially if you're sensitive.
  • Vitamin B6 at 50mg is smart for a drying supp. That's a lot more than normal, and it's often used to help manage fluids in gym circles.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks cutting who have diet and sodium locked, but still get watery. Dry Spell nails it with herbs like dandelion, juniper, horsetail, and uva ursi for fluid drop, not big stims.
  • Bodybuilders prepping photos, events, or hangouts where tightness counts now. Low stims make it easy for looks without the wired crash of fat burners.
  • Gym vets holding water from carb-ups, trips, or stress, needing a quick fix. The herbal mix plus minerals beats a plain thermogenic for that.
  • People wanting light stims. 75mg green tea caffeine is chill compared to 250-400mg bombs, great if you hate being jittery.
  • Competitors who know water drop isn't fat loss. This is for smart users after a tool for short-term looks, not replacing diet or training.
  • Lifters adding a drier to their pre and pump stack. It's not all-in-one, so it fits advanced setups where each supp has its job.

How to Use

Take 4 caps with water, early or hours before you want the dry look. New to this? Start with 2 to check tolerance on herbs and stims. Not tied to workouts unless timing lines up; it's for fluid and appearance. With food if herbs bug your stomach, empty for quicker hit. Drink more water overall, don't restrict hard. Watch stacking with coffee, pre's, or stims since guarana amps the 75mg feel. No need to cycle like saturation stuff, but don't run it daily without checking hydration, cramps, or energy. Store cool and dry, lid tight. Add electrolytes if the drying is strong.

What to Expect

In 30-90 minutes, you feel a subtle alert vibe from the 75mg caffeine and green tea/guarana mix, not a huge rush. Next few hours, more peeing kicks in as the herbs work. Don't expect workout boosts like strength or focus — this is for looks. Day 1, it's about feeling less bloated and checking your drier appearance. It doesn't build up like creatine; it's more one-off. Over weeks 2-4, you get used to timing and how much it dries you. Overdo it, and you might feel thirsty, tired, or crampy, so stay smart.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Black Magic Supply Dry Spell actually designed to do?

Dry Spell is designed to promote temporary water loss and help you look less watery or puffy. Its formula centers on classic herbal diuretics like dandelion, juniper, horsetail, and uva ursi, supported by light stimulant input from green tea caffeine and guarana.

How much caffeine is in Dry Spell?

Each 4-capsule serving provides 75mg natural caffeine from green tea. That is a low-stim dose by sports nutrition standards, but the formula also contains guarana extract, which can make the overall stimulant feel a bit stronger than the disclosed caffeine number alone suggests.

Is Dry Spell a fat burner or a water-loss product?

It is better understood as a water-loss or 'drying' product. While green tea, caffeine, and guarana can contribute to a mild thermogenic feel, the core formula is built around herbal diuretics intended for short-term appearance changes, not direct body-fat reduction.

Are the herbal ingredients fully dosed on the label?

No. Dry Spell uses a proprietary blend, so the individual amounts of juniper, dandelion, horsetail, green tea extract, uva ursi, guarana, and alfalfa are not disclosed. That limits true clinical dose analysis, even though the ingredient selection itself is typical for the category.

When should I take Dry Spell?

Take it earlier in the day or several hours before the time you want the cosmetic effect, since the main experience is increased urination rather than a workout-performance peak. Avoid taking it too late if caffeine affects your sleep or if nighttime bathroom trips would be a problem.

Can I stack Dry Spell with a pre-workout?

Yes, but you need to account for total stimulant intake and hydration demands. Dry Spell only discloses 75mg caffeine, but guarana may add to the stimulant feel, and the diuretic effect means you should be more deliberate with fluids and electrolytes if you also use a stimulant pre-workout.

Why are potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin B6 included?

They appear to be there to support the formula's water-management role. When a supplement is designed to promote fluid excretion, including some mineral support and B6 is a logical formulation choice, even though the doses here are not comprehensive enough to replace a true hydration product.

Is Dry Spell okay for beginners?

It is easier than a high-stim fat burner from an energy standpoint, but beginners still need to respect what it is. Because it promotes water loss, it is better for users who understand hydration, electrolyte balance, and that this is for appearance management rather than actual fat loss.

What side effects should I watch for?

The most likely effects are more frequent urination, possible thirst, and mild stimulant sensations. If you overuse it or combine it with poor hydration practices, you may notice dizziness, headache, cramping, lethargy, or GI discomfort.

How does Dry Spell compare to typical fat burners?

Most fat burners lean heavily on stimulants and appetite-focused ingredients. Dry Spell is more specialized: lower overall stimulant intensity, more emphasis on herbal diuretics, and a clearer use case for looking tighter rather than chasing broad thermogenic effects.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
