distribute coins for their distant colonies. The mint of the United States
filled in this gap by producing, among others, Fijian pennies for two years.
It's struck in brass instead of copper-nickel because nickel was desperately
needed for munitions and other wartime industry. Because it was struck at San
Francisco instead of the British Royal Mint, it bears the mint-mark "S" above
the first N in "PENNY".

nice to look at
HOWEVER missing 2 stars for...
they are small and plugging in items such as my laptop cord made it bulky and always in my way.
if there was a middle shelf that would help with the small tops
if the outlet bar was on the side or under the top that would help with the bulky cord issue
