The base is then covered with a rubber boot to provide a clean and sleek look. Kit includes 1 mirror 4 3/4 X 3 1/8 with a manual adjusting head and an assortment of 4 colored bulbs. This gold paper towel holder looks great on my counter and works perfectly. The base is nice and heavy keeping it sturdy, which keeps it from sliding or tipping when I pull off a paper towel.
