Instead, they are actually working mini flashlights. These are ideal for the Pez collector that has everything or if you want to light your way in vintage Pez style.

This lot of 3 Pez mini flashlights are new and never been used. The clown packaging is opened as the glue that holds the plastic blister part has dried out, leaving it out of package. There is some color loss on the card. The other 2 firefighter and dinosaur are on card and in great shape. A rare lot of Pez mini flashlights.
