The RS 42 compound from Pagid Racing is a medium-friction racing material designed for rallying, small formula cars and touring applications. Thanks to its balanced characteristics of good modulation, solid disc life and reduced drag, the RS 42 suits high-use competition where consistency and control matter more than maximum bite. Whether you’re running club racing, touring car duties or formula-class entries, the RS 42 is a strong choice when you want dependable braking, proven materials and race-bred pedigree. While this compound has been replaced in most applications and if your preferred pad shape is no longer available, we recommend the RSL19 pads as a suitable alternative.
