Frame
Every Stylus frame is made with wood frame of selected hardwood lumber and plywood that have been kiln dried. All frames are stapled, glued, and corner blocked for added durability allowing Stylus to offer a lifetime warranty.
Suspension
All Stylus sofas feature either No-Sag tempered steel springs or 100% Elasticized Pirelli webbing determined by styling. The suspension helps to evenly distribute the weight, increase comfort, and ensure durability.
Cushions
Stylus uses only high quality polyurethane foam ranging from 1.8 to 2.25 pound density in seats. This high quality foam provides longer lasting comfort and support. Stylus wraps our cushion cores in Dacron to prevent the cover from creeping and slipping.
Sofabeds
Stylus sofabeds feature a tubular steel, contract grade sofabed mechanism for durability. The 6” innerspring mattress provides a plush comfortable sleep.
Tailoring
Stylus pads our wood frame for a tailored look and added cover durability.
Stylus uses only 100% leather on all of our stationary leather sofas and chairs. Selected reclining pieces utilize a vinyl match on the outside arms and backs.
