SPECIFICATIONS

• Materials:
- Made from 3mm thick Acrylic Sheet or
- 6mm thick MDF with paint colour of your choice

• Dimensions: - Diameter available in any sizes from 40cm to 90cm

• Colours:
- Acrylic Colour: Gloss Black, Gloss White, Gloss Pale Blue, Gloss Pale Pink, Gloss Baby Pink, Gold Mirror, Rose Gold Mirror.

- MDF Colour: Raw MDF ( No Paint ), Gloss Clear, Satin White, Satin Black, Satin Gold, Satin Silver, Rose Gold, Gloss Pink, Gloss Sky Blue, Gloss Midnight Blue, Gloss Forest Green, Gloss Purple.

• Technique: Laser Cut. Custom made any design with your own design or custom logo.

• Hanging:
- Easy to hang with double-sided tape/ 3M hanging strips/ jute string/ Fishing Cord, inadvisable hook ( Mounting hardware are NOT included).
- Requested holes can be cut into the sign for a specific mounting. Just leave a note under “Personalisation Box” when purchasing.

• Note:
- Flowers, stands, ribbon, mounting hardware shown in the listing’s photos are not included, they are for illustration purpose only.

- As part of laser engraving, the MDF edges will be black, this is normal but can be covered with paint.

- Depends on the design, parts of the sign maybe extremely fragile and will break if not handled carefully. Upon receiving the item, please inspect it carefully before removing it from the frame, any damages will need to photographed while the sign is still in the frame. As we are not liable for any damages/breakages as a result of unpacking.

2. Choose size from the drop-down menu.
3. Type in your family name, names or wishes you want it manufacture based on our provided template design. You can add additional instructions in ( ) brackets. If you want to use your own logo, please attach/ send us your file once you finish . Please note to attach the highest resolution file as possible to avoid quality issues Not all files are scanned prior to manufacturing, if you're not sure, please send us an email after placing the order to confirm if the file is of an acceptable quality.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service.
