MMAD Chenin Blanc 2024A gentle, cooler season has produced a Chenin Blanc loaded with character and purity. Hand picked fruit was treated with a mix of whole bunch and crushed pressing before fermentation in concrete and large oak, then matured in seasoned French puncheons for finesse rather than flavour. The result is a beautifully expressive wine, scented with jasmine, citrus blossom and grapefruit, leading into a lively palate thats bright, textural and full of drive.

As it unfurls in the glass, hints of honey, ginger and citrus peel add extra dimension. Captivating now, with the promise of even more to come, it signals just how exciting Australian Chenin Blanc can be.
