It is matured in first fill and refill Sherry butts and hogsheads and is bottled at a higher strength of 54. 5% to fully showcase the whiskys natural personality. The flavours from the south coast distillery brings dried fruits and dark chocolate, while adding bright lemon and Arbroath smokie notes from the north coast
