If you’ve been here on this planet long enough, you or someone you love has probably been affected by cancer 😢 This ugly disease touches nearly every one of us in some way. Here in the U.S., we’re expected to have over two million new cancer cases diagnosed in 2024. Ugh! The disease has deeply impacted our lives here at Dennehey Design—several of our parents, relatives, and friends have had bouts with cancer that all have caused heartache, and some ended in tragedy. 

Through these experiences and countless examples from our creative customers, we learned how to make the most of it when people get a frightening diagnosis. During a health scare, it is important to hold on to hope, and there is no better way to remain hopeful than to have friends and family rally around you. This is the power of love at work 💞

We’ve been a part of many stories where people came together to stand with their beloved cancer survivors—sharing the love with little tokens of hope for healing and emotional strength.

We Made These Cancer Cause Hearts to help lift others’ spirits and raise awareness for cancer in all its forms. Today, we have these engraved hearts in six hand-dyed or painted colors: Lavender to represent all cancers and five other colors to raise awareness for common cancer types—choose from the existing colors, or use the “Customize My Order" box to request a custom ribbon color for no extra cost.

Use these hearts to raise awareness, spread hope, remember the survivors you love, celebrate courage and strength, and stand with new cancer survivors.
