Vergeet kauwgom met suikers, plastics en additieven. Mastiekgom is een puur natuurproduct met een lange traditie. Het wordt veel gebruikt als natuurlijk alternatief bij mondverzorging en voor bewuster kauwen. Door de stevige textuur worden de kaakspieren intensiever geactiveerd.

Ingrediënten

  • Mastiekgom (Chios mastiha) – 100%

Dosering & gebruik

Advies: 0,5–1 g per dag (een paar korrels). Kauw tot de gom soepel wordt.
Je kunt niet “overdoseren”, maar langdurig intensief kauwen vraagt sterke kaakspieren.

Kies enkele korrels (samen ca. 0,5–1 g) en kauw rustig tot de gom soepel is. Gebruik dagelijks of naar behoefte.
Is het echt zonder plastic en suiker?
Ja. Het is pure, natuurlijke mastiekgom, dus zonder plastics, suikers of kunstmatige zoetstoffen.
Kan ik hier “te veel” van kauwen?
Er is geen vaste bovengrens, maar intensief/lang kauwen vraagt sterke kaakspieren. Bouw rustig op.
Zijn er contra-indicaties?
Bij vullingen of kronen raden we voorzichtigheid aan: langdurig intensief kauwen kan, indien ze al losser zitten, extra belasting geven. Bij twijfel: overleg met je tandarts.
