Gebruik
Gezichtsverzorging: voeg max 15 druppels toe aan 50 ml biologisch verzorgende olie. Diffuser: start met 5 tot 7 druppels op 200 ml. Gebruikstips voor de etherische olie rozengeranium bio "s avonds wellnessbad: 5 druppels etherische olie rozengeranium bio 3 druppels biologische lavendel etherische olie 3 druppels etherische olie bloedsinaasappel bio 3 eetlepels room of honing Meng de etherische oliën met de honing of room en giet ze in het stromende badwater. Haarpakket voor jeukende hoofdhuid: 2 druppels etherische olie rozengeranium bio 1 theelepel biologische verzorgende olie, wilde rozenolie, biologisch 1 eidooier Klop de eidooiers en tarwekiemolie los in een blender, voeg 5 druppels etherische olie van rozengeranium toe en roer erdoor. Dit mengsel op de droge hoofdhuid en het haar aanbrengen en goed inmasseren. Laat tot 60 minuten inwerken, spoel goed af met water en was met een milde neutrale shampoo. Lichaamsolie voor elastische huid: (preventief tegen striae bijv. tijdens zwangerschap of voor regressie na de geboorte) 50 ml biologische verzorgende olie jojoba-olie bio 40 ml biologische verzorgende olie abrikozenpitolie bio 10 ml biologische verzorgende olie wilde rozenolie bio 15 druppels etherische olie rozengeranium bio 10 druppels etherische olie sinaasappel bio / demeter 5 druppels biologische lavendel etherische olie prima Meng de etherische olie goed met de biologische verzorgende oliën en masseer deze indien nodig in de huid. Bij gebruik op een vochtige huid (bijvoorbeeld na het douchen) wordt de lichaamsolie bijzonder snel opgenomen en geeft het de huid extra vocht.

I bought this book to replace a compact-version because the font was too small for my eyes. This one is larger in font and has a bit more info. per entry than the compact one. The paper quality is pretty good as well. I recommend it as a resource to have with your desk reference collection.
