Onze vuurschalen zijn gemaakt van cordieriet keramiek. Cordieriet maakt het keramiek harder en beter bestand tegen hitte en temperatuurswisselingen, zodat deze langer mee gaat. Mocht je toch een ongelukje hebben met je vuurring, geen nood, we hebben ze in 5 maten!

De juiste maat van je vuurschaal bepalen

Het handigst is om de afmetingen van je originele vuurschaal op te meten. Is dit niet meer mogelijk, dan is het belangrijk om de binnendiameter van je kamado op te meten op de hoogte tot waar de vuurring komt (bij de 20" schaal is dat 17,5 cm van de bodem). De buitendiameter van de bovenzijde (40 cm) moet daar ruim inpassen. Houd als leidraad aan dat tussen de schaal en de wand van de kamado rondom een vingerbreedte ruimte zit (ook handig met het plaatsen van de schaal).

A must read, especially during the current circumstances, for anyone wanting to have a better understanding of the nuanced Iranian political strategy. This book not only clarifies how the current government of Iran thinks and operates but also why it does what it does.
