Olithea is een biologische extra vierge olijfolie uit Agios Matthaios op Corfu, Griekenland, geproduceerd door de familie Andriotis. Deze Griekse monocultivar wordt gemaakt van 100% Lianolia Corfu, een inheems olijfras van het eiland, afkomstig uit traditionele olijfgaarden met deels zeer oude olijfbomen. De olijven worden vroeg geoogst en binnen 4 uur mechanisch koud verwerkt. Olithea is biologisch gecertificeerd, verpakt in een volledig lichtdichte glazen fles van 500 ml en heeft een geanalyseerd hoog polyfenolgehalte. De olie voldoet aan de officiële EU-gezondheidsclaim voor olijfoliepolyfenolen conform EU-verordening 432/2012. Een eerdere oogst van Olithea won Gold Award bij NYIOOC 2021. Het smaakprofiel is fris, groen, fruitig en kruidig, met tonen van gras en wilde kruiden, lichte bitterheid en een peperige afdronk. Geschikt voor koud en warm gebruik, en vooral geschikt als laatste toevoeging over salades, brood, groenten, tomaat, aardappelen, pasta, soep, vis, vlees en andere gerechten.

Chicken and Peanut Butter - Two Great Tastes That Taste Great Together... to my Dog
My dog is a fairly selective eater, but she loves chicken jerky and peanut butter, so I thought I'd give these a try. She took to them right away, and can finish one off in about 3 minutes. They have a distinct smell of peanut butter (despite peanut butter only being 3% of the composition). Each chicken jerky-wrapped peanut butter biscuit is about 4.5" long, and they arrive packaged in a resealable bag. Made in China; my bag was printed with a 'BEST BEFORE' date over a year from the date I received them. Note that these treats have been irradiated to kill harmful bacteria and parasites.
